China Securities Exchange'S Asset Management Plan Is Approved By The Securities Association

Yesterday, the Securities Association of China issued a notice on the evaluation of the innovation program of the securities companies. The announcement said that in August 16, 2005, the first evaluation meeting of the securities company innovation program of the China Securities Association innovation pilot program was approved, and the China International Capital Co foreign exchange asset management innovation plan was adopted.

Insiders pointed out that the innovation plan of the foreign exchange asset management of CICC was approved, marking the further deepening of the business innovation activities of the innovative pilot securities company, and gradually forming a market-oriented product innovation mechanism.

It is understood that in October last year, China International Capital Co became one of the first batch of innovative pilot securities companies through accreditation.

At that time, the review committee considered that China International Capital Co had introduced and absorbed advanced international business concepts and management methods. It had good sense of compliance and sense of risk management. It has made active and useful explorations in the internal control mechanism and customer paction settlement fund management mode.
