Wuhan Industrial And Commercial Seized 1655 Cases Of Counterfeit Brand Shoes

January 13th, Wuhan, a sports firm, hoarding 1655 boxes of counterfeit goods brand Shoes were seized by industry and commerce. The case was handed over to the public security organ of Wuhan recently. Yesterday, the State Administration for Industry and commerce at the ventilation meeting in Suzhou, the case included in the recent national anti counterfeiting "ten typical cases".

Last December, according to Fujian Province Erke Sports Goods Co., Ltd. reported that the Wuhan industrial and commercial bureau sent 17 people to check the warehouse of Sheng Qin sporting goods store in the District of Qiaokou. The warehouse is located at the club stage of the first Wuhan cotton factory.

On site inspection found that there were 3 staff members in the warehouse. They were carrying and selling goods. There were a large number of footwear products named "Hongxing Erke" in the warehouse. They were men and women outdoor running shoes, men's and women's skateboard shoes, men's tennis shoes, men and women. Casual shoes Men's cotton shoes and other varieties, a total of 1655 boxes (19860 pairs).

It was identified by Hongxing Erke technicians that the shoes were classified as high imitation shoes, which were suspected to infringe the exclusive rights of "Hongxing Erke" registered trademarks. The law enforcement officers detained 555 boxes on the spot and sealed up 1100 boxes on the spot. After testing and identification by manufacturers, the shoes are counterfeit products of "Hongxing Erke" registered trademarks.

According to a preliminary investigation, in March last year, Ho Kong, a sporting goods firm in Yunnan, purchased 1721 boxes of shoes known as Hongxing Erke from Kunming, Hongxing Erke dealer, and sold 66 boxes before the incident. Due to the relatively large amount of cases involved, the Wuhan industry and Commerce transferred the case to the Wuhan Municipal Public Security Bureau.
