Tian Ping, President of the association, pointed out: "in 2011, the sales revenue of garment enterprises above Designated Size reached 20 billion 100 million yuan, an increase of 18.1% over the same period last year, an increase of 10 billion 700 million yuan in industrial value, an increase of 33% over the same period last year, an export delivery value of 12 billion 700 million yuan, an increase of 8.9% over the previous year, a profit tax of 1 billion 180 million yuan, an increase of 14.7% over the previous year, and a profit of 830 million yuan, an increase of 19.4% over the same period last year."


Tian Ping believes that the bottlenecks and weaknesses of the current development of Dalian's clothing industry are: lack of influential brands and competitive marketing channels; lack of enterprises that are characterized by resource integration, capital operation and strengthening and expansion; and the slow pace of popularization and application of scientific and technological innovation and informatization.

In order to realize the pformation and upgrading, the enterprise must first exhilarate the spirit and enhance the confidence, and the key to the breakthrough of the bottleneck is the concept innovation, only the innovation of the concept will be the innovation of the enterprise development.


Tian Ping said that in 2012, the garment industry in Dalian will focus on the following four aspects of industrial upgrading: first, break the bottleneck and control the soft rib to accelerate the upgrading and pformation, focusing on capital operation, resource integration, deepening brand building, scientific and technological innovation, and promoting the application of information technology.
