In recent years, footwear products have been a hot topic of complaints among consumers in Yangzhou, and footwear complaints remain high.

In order to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, the consumer association has recently started to revise the "three package" of footwear products, and the new "three package" is expected to be formally implemented from March 15th this year.

There were many problems in the old "three packages". Last year, the Yangzhou municipal associations at all levels received 3843 complaints, of which the complaints in department stores ranked the top, accounting for 41.8% of the total complaints.

In the complaints of department stores, clothing shoes and hats accounted for 472 complaints, ranking first.

A large part of these footwear complaints are not in conformity with the quality problems defined in the "Three Guarantees" provisions of the footwear commodities revised in 1995, making mediation difficult.

The operator should return the goods according to the requirements of consumers, and no depreciation fee can be charged. If there are goods of the same type and specification, consumers are unwilling to return the goods and ask for returns. The operators should return the goods and charge 0.5% depreciation fee for the used commodities at the invoice price.

The change of three "Three Guarantees" period extends the price of footwear products less than 150 yuan (including 150 yuan), the "three pack" time is 30 days; the footwear products with less than 300 yuan (including 300 yuan), three pack time is 60 days, and footwear products with 300 yuan or more (excluding 300 yuan) are "sky bags".

The price linked to the "Three Guarantees" period is much higher than that of the old three packages.

Compared with the old "three packages", there are 3 more cases.

There is a magic trick in identifying disputes. According to the introduction, the most difficult problem to solve in consumer complaints and disputes is whether the quality of shoes or improper use of consumers is the problem.

The new "three package" also stipulates clearly that disputes over the quality of footwear must be sent to the statutory product quality inspection department for testing or identification. Consumers or operators can apply for inspection or appraisal.

Consumers Association can provide consumers with rights protection assistance according to the consumer protection fund implementation measures according to consumers' request.

According to the briefing, the new "three package" will be revised according to the principle of "helping consumers" and referring to the "Three Guarantees" of other commodities in the country.

Businessmen have said that after the implementation of the new "Three Guarantees", they will implement the new "Three Guarantees" regulations.
