The new type of short fiber composite hot-melt chemical film for shoes is made up of short fiber rolling non-woven fabric and water-borne styrene acrylic resin composite baking, which can greatly save the use of base cloth and hot-melt adhesive materials and the loss of heat energy during the fusion process, and can produce high quality products which are resistant to cracking and delamination.

The quality of traditional process products is not only a problem, but also wastes more than 23% of material and more than 30% of the loss of heat, which is two times the manufacturing cost of the process.

The newly invented process can not only improve the quality of products, the utilization rate of materials, but also greatly reduce the use of fuels, which is of great significance for energy conservation and environmental protection.


The new type of short fiber composite hot-melt adhesive chemical film project was launched in October 2010, and was formally put into operation in March 2011.

The patent right is being examined and approved.

The products of this project are mainly used for structural support and structural surface forming of tourist shoes, high-grade leather shoes, sandals and bags.

The company invested more than two years ago to set up a research center. At present, it has obtained 6 invention patents and 12 utility models patents.


It is understood that at present, the manufacturing method of short fiber composite hot-melt adhesive chemical film in the footwear industry adopts the technology of film coating or glue scraping. However, there are many shortcomings in the existing technology. Compared with the previous technology projects, the new type of short fiber composite hot-melt adhesive film has its own innovative advantages.
