Recently, the Guangdong garment industry "13th Five-Year" conference was successfully convened. After the conference, Liu Yueping, executive director of Guangdong clothing and apparel industry association, said that we should fully reflect the craftsmanship spirit of excellence in Guangdong garment industry during 13th Five-Year.

In the second half of 2015, the clothing and apparel industry association of Guangdong province was planning the "13th Five-Year" plan. We also noticed that the China Textile Industry Association and the China clothing association were also doing it, but "13th Five-Year" was very different from "12th Five-Year".

By March 17th, the national "13th Five-Year" plan was officially released. The outline of the "13th Five-Year development" of China's garment industry formulated by the China Apparel Association is being collected, and three clothing industry related projects have been announced in Guangdong province.

It is the production planning of production industry, the "13th Five-Year plan" of e-commerce, and the planning of supply reform. It has not yet formulated the "13th Five-Year" plan for the textile and garment industry in Guangdong this year. Therefore, it is particularly important for us to work out the 13th Five-Year plan.

At present, we hope to explore the way we should take during the "13th Five-Year" period of Guangdong clothing industry from several aspects.

The government work report is put forward: encourage enterprises to customize, process production, and cultivate the craftsman spirit of excellence.

Many radio stations are talking about the spirit of craftsmen, and the spirit of artisans in clothing circles can also be fully reflected.

How to understand and improve manufacturing level is also our concern.

The government work report has also been put forward to create public innovation, crowdsourcing, crowdsourcing, and public support platforms.

We should build a new mechanism of innovation and coordination among large and medium enterprises, universities and research institutions.

The "13th Five-Year plan" also put forward the establishment of the national industrial design and Research Institute.

Guangdong's clothing industry has a strong sense of design. In 2015, two garment industrial design centers were awarded: one is Guangdong Province, the other is Guangzhou textile and light trading garden.

There are not many qualified enterprises, and more enterprises should be encouraged to establish provincial industrial design centers.

The general plan of structural reform in the next three years has come out: capacity, inventory, leverage, cost reduction and compensation.

At the same time, the national "13th Five-Year plan" also put forward that Guangzhou should speed up the internationalization of big cities, and how Guangzhou can improve its international norms.

On this basis, what role Guangdong fashion week played is our concern.

We hope that these works can be completed in the first half of the year, and we will give the clothing enterprises the direction of some ground gas work.

In the next few years, will there be a fashion capital in Guangzhou?

It seems that Guangzhou has not come up with a fashion capital.

Now, as the Shanghai municipal government signed with the China Textile Industry Federation, it will become the fashion capital.

Beijing has also suggested that Shenzhen seems to be doing well.

I think, in the next few years, will there be a place for Guangzhou in the future?

This is a problem that everyone in the industry should pay close attention to.

I think we must pay attention to 3 problems in the future.

1, IT big data and Internet problems.

2, the issue of capital, capital will change the whole pattern.

If we pay attention to the trend of our textile and garment merger in the first quarter, we can see that there are billions of mergers and acquisitions in foreign countries.

3, the most important thing must be the fashion capital.

Whether the city is fashionable or not is a big environment.

If in the big environment, if Guangzhou is left behind in this environment, it may be that our other things are false.
