The "automatic winding down reduction" method popularized by the two spinning factory is to re adjust the length of yarn suction for the three suction holes of the automatic winder, and further optimize the management of the wire. The length of the measurement is refined to single spindle, which changes the traditional "single unit weight management". At present, the measurement of single spindle wire length is more intuitive and more precise than that of single loop.

Since the implementation of the program, technicians have gone deep into the production line. After a large number of field investigations, the background parameters of computers have been checked, revised and tested one by one, and on-site meetings have been held several times to demonstrate the workshops and popularize them one by one. During the tour to the automatic winder, the equipment maintenance personnel can skillfully measure the length of the silk thread to see whether it meets the standard length, and catch the single spindle according to the measurement results, reduce the difference of machine single spindle and reduce the wire rolling rate.
