At present, enterprises that choose to enter fast selling rapidly are still in the majority. The survey shows that it is quite common to reserve raw materials for 30-45 days. Because the production transfer after the Spring Festival, there are not many enterprises to arrange extra stocks, because the supply of the market is still reassuring for the enterprises. As long as there are orders and funds on hand, it is no longer a problem to organize the raw materials on board production in real time.
About business efficiency. With the further enhancement of the transparency of the cotton market operation, the gains from various links are almost open to the public. As a spinning enterprise, cost control is the focus of operating profit. Raw material cost, processing cost and management cost all have lifting space, but they are in a clear trend. It is understood that textile enterprises organize raw materials in different ways and ways, and the cost advantages and disadvantages are different. Textile enterprises are still operating at a higher price, mainly based on capital preservation. In recent years, less profitable enterprises, higher labor expenses in the East, and textile enterprises with high management cost have admitted that in recent two or three years, the operation of insurance companies has not been easy, and the profit making enterprises are about 30%.
