Britain'S Export Growth To Non EU Countries Is About Five Times That Of The European Union.

According to GOV.UK, the latest data from the National Bureau of Statistics (ONS) show that the UK's export growth rate to non EU countries is about five times that of the European Union. As of September (2019), in the past year, the UK's exports to the EU grew by 1.3% to 296 billion 800 million pounds, and exports to non EU countries grew to 6.3% pounds 376 billion 700 million. At present, non EU countries account for 60.2% of the UK's exports of services such as finance, tourism and transportation, with a value of 190 billion 800 million pounds.

Liz Truss, UK's minister of international trade, said the data showed the opportunities for British companies to expand their exports to the world and their advantages in trade relations with the US and Japan. With the advent of Europe, the UK's top priority is to reach new trade agreements with major trading partners and develop new markets for British products. According to the data, the United States remains the largest market for exports of British goods and services. The UK's exports to the United States grew to 11.4% pounds 133 billion 700 million, while Japan was the fastest growing market, and now the fourth largest non EU trading partner in the UK, the British exports to Japan grew to 7.6% as long as 14 billion 800 million pounds.
