At the same time, China's textile industry has been deeply integrated with the world textile industry, deepening bilateral cooperation and promoting the construction of "one belt and one road". According to incomplete statistics, China's textile industry has more than 10 billion foreign investment stock, and overseas investment is distributed in more than 100 countries and regions, covering Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, North America, Australia and other key regions, with annual sales revenue of more than ten billion US dollars. Xu Yingxin analyzed that at present, foreign investment in textile industry almost covers the whole industry chain, from upstream cotton, pulp, hemp and other raw materials to cotton spinning, wool spinning, chemical fiber and other intermediate products manufacturing, and then to the terminal clothing, household textiles, industrial textiles and textile machinery and so on. The main forms of foreign investment include greenbelt investment, equity acquisition, asset acquisition and joint venture.

Xu Yingxin said that in 2019, around the construction of "one belt and one road", the China Textile Federation led the international production capacity cooperation of textile and garment industry, allowing more cooperative projects to take root and achieve more breakthroughs in the field of cooperation.

The mutually beneficial trade and investment cooperation between the textile and garment industry in the region has pointed out the way forward; "the series of projects to promote the production and cooperation of textile and garment industry in Lanzhou Mekong and six countries" has been launched, and the report on the trade and investment cooperation between China and the Mekong River textile and garment industry has been released. The mechanism of the textile and garment industry cooperation in Lanmei River Basin has been set up. It has also set up an all-around cooperation and cooperation bridge for all the countries along the Lancangjiang Mekong River. At present, under the joint promotion of technological innovation and trade and investment cooperation, the global industrial chain, supply chain and value chain are deeply intertwined, and the division of global industrial division is reshaping, and international competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Xu Yingxin pointed out that in order to achieve the vision and goal of building a textile power, it is necessary to take advantage of the global perspective for the transnational allocation and control of advantageous resources.
