Introduction: the project belongs to the field of textile machinery design and manufacture. The project aims at the bottleneck problem of high quality industrial yarn twisting yarn and difficult to guarantee the technical equipment being monopolized by foreign countries for a long time. The following breakthroughs and innovations have been made: the establishment of twisting yarn quality and energy consumption control method, the invention of high-strength synthetic fiber industrial yarn "one-step" high efficiency direct twist technology, the invention of ultra-fine glass fiber industrial yarn, constant tension anti-static twisting technology, and development of a series of high performance industrial yarn high quality energy saving twisting equipment. The overall technology of the project has reached the international advanced level, and equipment application accounts for more than 50% of the domestic and international segmentation market, which has promoted the transformation and upgrading of the industry, and has significant economic and social benefits.

At present, high performance synthetic fiber industrial yarn, ultra-fine glass fiber and special fiber are widely used in major strategic projects and important livelihood industries such as aerospace, defense industry, transportation energy, electronic information and so on, because of their excellent physical and mechanical properties. They have become an important growth point for industrial textiles. The energy saving twisting technology and equipment of high performance industrial yarn is a major bottleneck for China to break through.

The project is mainly used in high performance industrial lines, such as tire cord, electronic grade ultra-fine glass fiber yarn, BCF carpet yarn, stab resistant bulletproof fiber and so on. High energy industrial line is a key issue urgently needed to be solved by industry and technology circles at home and abroad. In this regard, this project has broken through many technical bottlenecks of twisting equipment at home and abroad, and invented the energy saving and high efficiency direct twist twisting technology, successfully developed tire and tire cord, environmental protection carpet yarn and ultra-fine glass fiber energy saving twisting technology and equipment, and achieved industrialized production. The project product not only covered the domestic high-end industrial yarn manufacturing market, broke the monopoly of foreign technology, and achieved the main technical performance superior to the similar products of the world. Moreover, the products sold to the mainstream foreign enterprises, has become the leading product in the international industry, greatly enhanced the international status of the domestic high-end spinning equipment, and the technical equipment of the project development has become the international top brand in the field.

This project has lasted for more than 10 years, passed the theoretical innovation, technological breakthrough, equipment development and engineering application of high performance industrial yarn twisting, and solved the major technical bottleneck faced by the industry. The project has 25 patents, including 10 inventions (including 4 international patents), 15 utility models, and 20 academic papers published at home and abroad. The project has independently developed and produced three categories of nearly 20 types of high performance industrial twisting equipment, accounting for 80% of the domestic market, and exported to more than 20 countries and regions such as the United States, Germany, Turkey, Japan and other countries, accounting for 50% of the foreign market, and the production of industrial silk products in most countries and regions of the globe.

Main completion units: Lu Tai textile Limited by Share Ltd, Donghua University, Hong Kong Polytech University, Zhongyuan University of Technology, Zhejiang University.

Project brief introduction: the project combines the urgent demand for efficient and precise color control of high-grade textile fabric products, has carried out research on color digital key technology and industrial application, developed multispectral imaging color measuring equipment, developed yarn and fabric precise color matching and color matching technology, broke through the bottleneck of high simulation technology of fabric texture, developed fabric image precise acquisition and intelligent retrieval system, and constructed an efficient fabric digital R & D and management cloud platform, forming a widely applied color digitalization function system in the field of color spinning, dyed weaving and dyeing and printing. It solved the problem of consistency and accuracy of fabric color, and greatly shortened the development cycle of color fabric.

Zhang Jianxiang, deputy head of the project, "national 10 million talents project" and deputy general manager of Lu Tai, said that the experience and materialized phenomena of color expression are common in the development and production of textile fabrics, and the accuracy and consistency of quantitative expression can not be solved. For Lu Tai, who is committed to yarn dyed fabrics, the color problem is particularly prominent. Lu Tai's systematic research on color began in 1996. After a long period of exploration and practice, he established his own standard color system. In addition, continuous research has been carried out in the aspects of color matching accuracy, rapid simulation of fabric development pattern color, and how to achieve digital transmission and reproduction of colors.

"The key technology and industrialization of textile fabric color digitization" project introduces the technology of color digitalization into the color design and production process of textile fabrics. In view of the precise collocation of textile fabrics, the fine representation of fabric texture, the image and intelligent retrieval of fabrics, the construction of digital cloud platform and the trans regional online transmission, the research and innovation of fabric development, production and management have been pushed into a new development track.

The scientific research team of the project has studied the precise color measuring technology of fabrics, and proposed the accurate measuring conditions of color measurement system. A high accuracy multispectral imaging color measuring equipment has been developed, which breaks the limitation of sample size in color measurement, realizes the accurate color measurement of micro samples, and constructs an intelligent, efficient and accurate color matching system. It has independently established a high coverage color matching color gamut database, developed a full information database of colored yarns and fabrics, and realized the intelligent retrieval matching and precise color matching function of fabric color formula.

The high emulation technology of fabric color and texture comprehensive appearance effect has been broken through, and the fine simulation effect of fabric on screen and paper card has been realized. The fabric image acquisition technology is studied, and the image acquisition system with highly consistent image color effect and texture characteristics is developed. The feature matrix matching technology of color fabric images is invented, which can realize intelligent retrieval of fabric images. The scientific research team has constructed a digital textile fabric cloud platform to achieve a high degree of integration of all kinds of information databases, such as dye recipes database, fabric image library, color matching function, simulation function and Internet transmission function of color pattern.
