At the very beginning of its establishment, talents were regarded as one. Among the over 300 employees, technical personnel account for nearly half, and professors, doctorate, masters and engineers are over 20, with a college degree or above. The company, which has taken the lead in talent, has signed a cooperation agreement with Donghua University, textile institute, Jiangnan University, Xi'an Polytechnic University, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University materials and textile college to develop new fiber and products, and has also established the provincial "Jiangsu Huayue academician workstation" with the Chinese Academy of Engineering Zhou Xiang, focusing on the transformation, development, production and supporting equipment of all kinds of abrasive belt base and radiation protection, antistatic silver, nickel fiber, filament core, blended functional yarn, cloth, clothing, aramid, PM2.5 filter material, flame retardant, bulletproof and rescue fabrics.

These high starting points, high-tech products not only firmly occupy the market, but also bring high value-added to enterprises. So far, Hua Yue textile technology company has dozens of patents of independent research and development invention patents and utility models. It has passed ISO9001; 2008 quality management and ISO14001; 2004 environmental management system certification; it is the executive director unit of China Industrial Textiles Association; the executive director unit of China Machine Tool Association affiliated abrasives industry Association, China's abrasive belt base research and development base, and Jiangsu private technology enterprises, and many other honors. The domestic market share is over 40%, and the international market share is over 6%. According to Guo Yushun, chairman of Huayue company, more than 10 years ago, the abrasive belt base cloth was hardly produced in China, and Hua jump was the founding unit of China's industrial belt base cloth.

In 1998, the Asian financial turmoil raged, Guo Yushun remembers this. At that time, a large number of local enterprises in Jiangsu were closed down, and a few of the surviving enterprises began to plan for transformation. Guo Yushun started his own career after being laid off from a Loom factory. After several visits to the market, combined with the local industrial characteristics and development trend, Guo Yushun stepped into the abrasives industry, specializing in the production of abrasive belt cloth.

"At that time, only two small businesses in the country were engaged in the production of abrasive belt cloth. Most of the abrasive belts used in China rely on imports, and the price is very expensive." In the early days of Huayue company, most of the products produced by several companies were mainly pure cotton and low grade products. Until 2005, with the rapid progress of related industries, the development of abrasive belt base cloth industry became rapid. Today, there are more than 30 enterprises in the production industry using abrasive belt cloth, and the total output value of industry has increased from 56 million yuan before 1998 to more than 100 billion (plus the output value of downstream conversion enterprises). In this process, Hua Yue textile has played a positive role in promoting its products. Many of its products, such as knitted fabrics and woven fabrics, have filled the gap in China. The technologies such as waste beverage bottles and other renewable resources have been used to produce abrasive belt cloth and other related technologies, thus promoting product diversification, low cost and industrial upgrading.
