As one of the most important galleries in the world, Gladstone Gallery has recently released its collaboration with the world's major art galleries to provide a wider stage for the artists of Gladstone. We can see that from the winter of 2019 to early spring of 2020, across Asia, Europe, the Americas and Oceania, Gladstone's artists' community presents a rich picture of creation, and explores and conveys multicultural understanding and identity from multiple perspectives.

"Sarah Lucas" exhibition site. The picture is provided by Beijing red brick Museum.

In November 2, 2019 -2020 February 16th, the famous British artist Sarah Lucas (Sarah Lucas) held a solo exhibition at the red brick art museum in Beijing to review Lucas's artistic career for more than thirty years. The exhibition displays the profound artistic practice of the artist who has made great contributions to feminist art. The audience can see in the exhibition the 1994 mattress device, pure red, the series of portraits of self portraits created from 1990 to 1998 and the representative works of "rabbit" series sculpture, which began in 1997.

The famous French artist Philip Parreno (Philippe Parreno) participated in the famous exhibition of "water ripples" created by Yan Hui (Jan Hoet) in Tokyo and the dolly Museum of art in 1995 (Watari Museum of Contemporary Art). After 24 years, Parreno came back here again, returning to the many important motif of her creation with the exhibition of "A". The exhibition period is from November 2, 2019 to March 22, 2020. Parreno created the snowman in the real world for the exhibition of "water ripples" in 1995. Before a lunch break, a refrigerated van conveyed a snowman sculpture to the local park. In 2012, Parreno first exhibited the work of the bride wall at the large group exhibition at Marcel Dusan's tribute to the Philadelphia Museum of art. In this exhibition, the new version of the wall of the bride is a transparent acrylic board with embedded LED lights. The bare wires and plug heads reflect on Duchamp's artistic heritage and contemporary art exhibition form in a contemporary way.

Born in 1949, Carol Duham (Carroll Dunham) and Albert Oren, born in 1954 (Albert Oehlen), had a profound influence on later artists. In November 30, 2019 -2020, March 1st, "Carol Dunham / Albert Oren: tree" was exhibited at the Dusseldorf Art Museum, Germany. The superb artistic achievements of duham and Oren are most vividly reflected in the painting theme "tree" favored by the two people. The exhibition points to tree related philosophy, theology, sociology, ecology and the history of art. Trees have always been an important theme in the human religious system, knowledge system and cultural history. The exhibition "Trees" connects the two influential artists in this field and provides a rare opportunity for comparative painting research.

In December 13, 2019 -2020 March 15th, Vivian Sutter Liverpool held the first art gallery exhibition in Liverpool for the Argentina Swiss artist, Vivian (Vivian Suter), to show the artist's colourful large painting installations. The art of painting in the Guatemala virgin forest, or the abstract expressionist style, does not seek inspiration from the history of art, but seeks inspiration from the rainforest where it has lived for over thirty years. She broke the value hierarchy of different substances, and treated equally the artistic creation materials and the natural ecological world. At the same time, New York's High Line park is also showing a series of paintings by Xocomil. Su presented his paintings without frames and natural pendants in an array, corresponding to natural color changes throughout the year.

Huang Yongli, snake bridge. The picture is provided by Gladstone Gallery (New York, Brussels).

The works of many artists of Gladstone Gallery have recently met with the public at the New York Museum of modern art (MoMA). The works of Huang Yongli and Keith Harlin (Keith Haring) appear on the two floor collection of the Art Gallery: 1970s to present. In a performance show in 1987, Huang Yongli put hundreds of small firecrackers in a pair of trousers, put on his pants, and lit a cigarette with it. As a physical work, firecrackers pants include burnt trousers, which are placed in cartons, and recorded photographs of performances in 1987. Huang Yongli's 1997 "snake sedan" also appeared in the exhibition. The spaceship, love, creeping baby and winged characters in Harlem Yu's "Untitled" paintings are common elements in his art system, and the huge scale of this work also reminds people of the large public frescoes that artists associate elegant art space with popular street culture.
