According to the latest statistics, as of November 2019, Xinjiang's textile and garment industry has completed about 170000000000 yuan in fixed assets investment, 18 million 90 thousand yuan in cotton spinning capacity, and has begun to take shape in weaving, clothing, apparel, home textiles, knitting and other industries. The number of textile and garment record companies has reached 3141, and nearly 600 thousand people have been employed.
Today's Xinjiang cotton textile industry has changed its backward image in the past. By constantly improving the digitalization and intelligentization level of technology and equipment, it promotes industrial transformation and upgrading and moves towards the direction of green and sustainable development.
Intelligent project to improve production efficiency
Under the general trend of intelligent manufacturing, from 2018 onwards, the Xinjiang region plans to phase out less than 30 thousand spindles (including 30 thousand spindles) in scale and equipment backward cotton spinning capacity in 3 years, and speed up the development of intellectualization and greening in weaving, printing and dyeing, clothing and home textiles.
The annual output of 20 thousand tons of cheese dyeing plant was launched in Korla economic and Technological Development Zone in July 2019. It is a direct embodiment of the practice of green environmental protection. In the control room of the intelligent dyeing workshop of Xinjiang Kangping intelligent Dyeing Co., Ltd., the workers only need to press the button lightly to complete the control of the whole production line, control the outdoor, only two or three workers patrol the equipment, the robot moves rhythmically, and the finished yarn is neatly placed on the shelf. It is understood that the project can save 1 million 900 thousand tons of water annually, reduce the discharge of sewage by 1 million 800 thousand tons, and achieve 17 thousand and 800 tons of standard coal in the year.
In Changji, an intelligent cotton production line with 30 thousand spindles integrated automation and information technology in Xinjiang Yida Textile Co., Ltd., relying on the most advanced intelligent transmission system, has realized automatic production of raw materials, semi finished products and finished yarn, and has reduced labor intensity and effectively improved production efficiency and product quality. The automatic packaging system realizes the complete automation of the transportation, stacking, wrapping, weighing, labeling of finished yarn, and makes the traditional and tedious process of finished product packaging simple and efficient. From the cotton packing to the finished product packaging, the whole process of automatic intelligent production has been realized. This production line embodies the high level of intelligent development of the domestic cotton spinning industry.
The total investment of Jinsheng Group's 240 thousand spindle combed ring spinning production project started in March this year is 1 billion 230 million yuan. The product is positioned as high-grade combed compact spinning cotton yarn, and it will achieve 41 thousand tons of cotton yarn per year after commissioning. The project is expected to be completed in February 2020, and is currently the largest scale spinning project in southern Kashi. It will greatly promote the rapid development of Mengaiti cotton textile industry.
At present, a large number of domestic enterprises, such as Jin Sheng, Huafu, Yida, Tianhong and Ruyi, have invested and laid out projects in Xinjiang Kashi area, Akesu area, Bayinguoleng Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture, Urumqi City, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture and so on. In recent years, the newly built cotton spinning enterprises in Xinjiang mostly used the spinning machines, such as ring spinning, airstream spinning and vortex spinning at home and abroad. The automatic spinning production line, advanced intelligent equipment and new spinning technology were widely used. At the same time, the quality and market competitiveness of textile enterprises in Xinjiang have been significantly improved to meet the demand of downstream high-end brand enterprises.
Innovation drive to open new pattern of textile industry
At present, Xinjiang is striving to create a new pattern of modern textile and garment industry with innovation driven, green LED, open and sharing. In the field of cotton spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, clothing, home textiles and other fields, we will further improve the level of digitalization and intelligentization of technical equipment, and adopt new technologies and technologies to develop and produce more new textile products that meet the needs of the market and marketable, so as to enhance the strength and level of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry.
Xinjiang silk road Jin Tong Textile Co., Ltd. is the only enterprise in the country that owns the production technology of "5 Dan Neal ultra thin scarves". At present, 6 technologies such as "pure linen dry spinning" have applied for national invention patents, and globally, there are second enterprises with this technology.
In October this year, Xinjiang silk road Jin Tong Textile Co., Ltd. was formally put into operation in the Kuche County Economic and Technological Development Zone Textile Industrial Park, becoming the first enterprise in Xinjiang to have "Ma two rough dry spinning" technology for spinning pure linen yarn. The scale of its design and construction is 300 thousand spindles spinning and 1000 air-jet looms matching projects, which are completed in three phases. At present, 200 million yuan has been installed for equipment ingots of 50 thousand spindles, of which 4 production lines are the world's most advanced German automatic spinning equipment, with spindle spindles of 18 thousand spindles. After the first phase plant is put into operation, annual sales of flax yarn can reach 6000 tons, with annual sales volume of 220 million yuan and annual revenue of 2 million 400 thousand yuan.
According to Qiao Hua, chairman of Xinjiang Silk Road Jintun Textile Co., Ltd., "Ma two crude dry" technology has the characteristics of low energy consumption, no pollution and low cost, and the demand in the international market is huge. "At present, the company has signed orders for more than 2000 yuan from Europe, the United States and other countries. The operation of the project will fill the gap of advanced technology of linen and textile in five provinces of Xinjiang and Northwest China, and play an important role in promoting Xinjiang's economic development and social stability."
In 2018, Huafu 1 million color textile industrial park was settled in Akesu, Xinjiang. At present, the capacity of 100 thousand tons of cotton, yarn and fabric dyeing has been formed. According to the introduction, the park has built the world's leading fashion design, R & D and testing center, and has advanced research and development, design and manufacturing capabilities through the construction of advanced intelligent production equipment, digital product design technology and green design platform. In the future, in the textile industry sector of Akesu, the dyed Industrial Park will become the hub of the upstream and downstream businesses of the textile industry.
As Xinjiang's textile and garment industry "three cities and seven gardens" layout of the southern Xinjiang city, Akesu textile industrial city (Development Zone) is to undertake the mainland textile and garment industry transfer demonstration area. Up to now, there are 470 registered enterprises in this Textile City, 100 of which are textile and garment enterprises. They have introduced Huafu color spinning, YOUNGOR textile, new textile, Kaye textile, Jinli yuan garments, new Austrian knitting, Jinwei weaving, Ruihong carpet, Corning knitting, standard letter fiber and other famous enterprises, and now have formed 3 million spindles of cotton spinning, 2722 looms, 32 million 700 thousand sets of home textiles, 1500 socks and 20 thousand tons of fiber.
According to the Xinjiang textile and garment industry development plan (2018~2023), by 2023, Xinjiang will build a high quality cotton yarn production base with global competitive advantages. The largest textile export processing base in the western region and the distribution center for westward exports will further enhance the technological innovation capability and endogenous dynamism of the enterprises, improve the quality of products, improve the industrial development environment continuously, and enhance the overall strength and development level of the whole industry to achieve the strategic goal of driving millions of people to work.
