The products of each plant continued to be quoted before the Spring Festival. Some manufacturers did not offer quotations, but the pessimism of the enterprises was more intense.
On the 6 day, the head of a ginning factory in Cangzhou introduced that in accordance with the notice of the government departments, the recovery time was not earlier than 24 hours in September February.

Not only will the earliest time for resuming work of ginning plants, printing and dyeing enterprises and chemical fiber enterprises will also take place after 9 days and 24 hours. To a certain extent, this has disrupted the deployment of enterprises.

First, there is no market turnover at present. As of February 6th, cotton in key cotton areas such as Cangzhou, Hengshui and Handan was basically closed. However, according to the feedback from the ginning factory, the number of enquiries has increased significantly in recent days, mainly to inquire about the quantity of products, the price level, whether to deliver goods to the door or not.

Second, some manufacturers have not yet quoted prices, and some manufacturers continue to quote before the Spring Festival. As of February 6th, the price of some three cotton manufacturers in Cangzhou was 14200 yuan / ton (gross weight, pick-up, including tax), compared with that before the Spring Festival. In Hengshui, Handan and other places, the price of PET staple is around 7000-7150 yuan / ton, which is basically the same before the Spring Festival.

Cottonseed prices fell slightly in some areas. As of February 6th, the mainstream price of cotton seeds in Hebei Cangzhou area was 1.17-1.18 yuan / Jin line, which fell 0.02 yuan / Jin before the Spring Festival, and there was no market transaction. According to part of the ginning factory, because reluctant to assume the risk of inventory, slightly lower prices in order to attract downstream procurement.

Up to now, the price of low and low count yarn in Hebei will continue before the Spring Festival. On the 6 day, the price of polyester cotton yarn 45S (TC65/35) in Shijiazhuang area was around 16700 yuan / ton.
