In March 26th, Zhu Weiwu, deputy director of the Bureau of Jingxin Bureau of Zhejiang Yiwu, the chief inspecor of Yiwu Ecological Environment Bureau, and Zheng Xudong, the deputy general manager of Yiwu water affairs group, visited the CITIC environmental technology Chaonan textile dyeing and environmental protection comprehensive processing center to understand the operation mode and advanced environmental protection technology of Chaonan circular economy industrial park.

Hu Jiayang, executive deputy general manager of CITIC environment (Shantou) printing and dyeing environmental protection Comprehensive Development Co., Ltd., welcomed the arrival of the delegation. He also introduced the project of Chaonan dyeing and printing center in detail, and introduced the CITIC environment Chaonan circular economy industrial park project as the ten major livelihood project of Guangdong Province, aiming at resolving the two bottlenecks of sewage and coal-burning pollution faced by the printing and dyeing industry. On the basis of environmental governance, the "six in one" circular economy industrial chain, which is composed of printing and dyeing production, sewage treatment, reclaimed water use, central heating, clean energy power generation and hazardous waste solid waste disposal, has played a key role in promoting the comprehensive management of the river basin and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the Chaonan printing and dyeing industry. The park has been included in the pilot list of the third party Park of environmental pollution control by the national development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of ecology and environment.

After visiting the sewage treatment plant and the enterprises in the park, the delegation advanced the advanced operation mode of the Chaonan textile dyeing and printing comprehensive environmental treatment center, and the leading technology of CITIC environmental technology in the circular economy industrial park, high concentration wastewater treatment, hazardous waste treatment, membrane manufacturing and other fields, and invited the CITIC environmental technology representative to visit Yiwu, Zhejiang in June. To explore the feasibility of planning and construction of printing and dyeing circular economy industrial park in Yiwu, and promote further cooperation between the two sides.
