United States

In 1-12 months, the United States imported 15 billion 930 million dollars of household textiles, an increase of 1.3% over the same period last year. The import of household textiles from China was $7 billion 930 million, an increase of 1.5% over the same period last year. China accounted for 50% of the share of home textiles imported from the United States, ranking the first, an increase of 0.1 percentage points over the same period last year.

The second to five largest suppliers of home textiles in the United States are:

India: $3 billion 400 million, an increase of 1.5% over the previous year, a share of 21.4%, an increase of 0.03 percentage points over the same period last year.

Pakistan: $1 billion 380 million, an increase of 1.5% over the previous year, a share of 8.6%, an increase of 0.01 percentage points over the same period last year.

Turkey: US $920 million, a year-on-year decrease of 13.1%, a share of 5.8%, an increase of 0.6 percentage points over the same period last year.

Mexico: 630 million US dollars, an increase of 4.4%, a share of 4%, an increase of 0.1 percentage points over the same period last year.

EU

In 1-12 months, the European Union imported 10 billion 920 million dollars of household textiles, down 0.1% from the same period last year. The import of household textiles from China was $4 billion 350 million, an increase of 2.8% over the same period last year. China accounted for 39.8% of the EU's home textile imports, ranking the first, an increase of 1.1 percentage points over the same period last year.

The EU's second to five largest suppliers of home textiles are:

Pakistan: 2 billion 20 million US dollars, an increase of 0.2% over the same period, a share of 18.5%, a decrease of 0.03 percentage points compared with the same period last year.

Turkey: 1 billion 490 million US dollars, an increase of 1% over the same period, a share of 13.6%, a decrease of 0.1 percentage points compared with the same period last year.

India: US $1 billion 310 million, a year-on-year decrease of 4.8%, a share of 12%, a decrease of 0.6 percentage points compared with the same period last year.

Bangladesh: US $320 million, a year-on-year decrease of 6.8%, a share of 2.9%, a decrease of 0.2 percentage points over the same period last year.

Japan

In 1-12 months, Japan imported 3 billion 510 million dollars of household textiles, down 1.2% from the same period last year. The import of household textiles from China was 2 billion 640 million US dollars, down 3.6% from the same period last year. China accounted for 75.1% of Japan's home textile imports, ranking the first, an increase of 0.1 percentage points over the same period last year.

The second to five largest suppliers of home textiles in Japan are:

Vietnam: $410 million, an increase of 10.7% over the previous year, a share of 11.8%, an increase of 1.3 percentage points over the same period last year.

India: $70 million, an increase of 16% over the previous year, a share of 2.1%, an increase of 0.3 percentage points over the same period last year.

Indonesia: US $60 million, a year-on-year decrease of 4.3%, a share of 1.8%, a decrease of 0.1 percentage points compared with the same period last year.

Thailand: $60 million, an increase of 6.9% over the previous year, a share of 1.7%, an increase of 0.1 percentage points over the same period last year.
