Beijing market cooling down

Second, since May, the concentration of Beijing has been concentrated. Consumption of some customers has made the Dragon Boat Festival less demand this year under the influence of the epidemic.

Shell Research Institute statistics show that in the first three weeks of June this year, the volume of second-hand housing transactions in key 18 cities decreased continuously for three weeks, with a decrease of 5.7%, 7.9% and 21% respectively.

Xu Xiaole, chief market analyst of Shell Research Institute, thinks that the second-hand housing market in June is in a state of natural decline after the demand is concentrated.

The second-hand housing transaction is often regarded as the "vane" of the market because of its scattered area and limited price. At present, in many hot cities, the proportion of second-hand housing transactions has accounted for more than half. For example, the proportion of second-hand housing transactions in Beijing has reached 8. Then, can the "natural fall" of the secondary housing market be regarded as a precursor to the cooling of the whole market?
