Recently, the Alibaba customer experience group (CCO) has launched the "smart list" function to help businesses make the first move after consumers start a refund, so as to improve the level of after-sales service, enhance customer stickiness and enhance efficiency.
Ali CCO solutions team said that the "smart list" function is expected to help businesses earn more than 30 million per month, and earn nearly 200 million in one year. In the future, it will also realize full intelligent retention and help businesses save manpower.
It is understood that the "smart list" operation path is: after the consumer put forward a refund application, the platform will be identified by intelligent identification, refund reason classification, business retention program, the combination of the three, to identify whether consumers are suitable for refund order care and retention.
Eligible orders will be identified, and the platform will consult consumers in the form of cards. When consumers explicitly indicate the adoption of the retention scheme provided by merchants, businesses can arrange customer service to contact consumers for processing.
Ali CCO data show that the function on-line test for a month, has accumulated more than 18 million 900 thousand of the total amount of business for more than 100 businesses. Among them, home decoration, clothing, consumer electronics industry the top three recovery rate.
