Announcement on expanding the pilot scope of export supervision by cross border e-commerce enterprises

(Notice No. 92 of 2020 of the General Administration of Customs)

In order to further implement the deployment requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on "six stability" work and "six guarantees" tasks, and accelerate the development of new cross-border e-commerce formats, the General Administration of Customs has decided to further expand the pilot scope of cross-border e-commerce enterprise to enterprise export supervision (hereinafter referred to as "cross-border e-commerce B2B export"). The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

On the basis of the existing pilot customs, 12 customs directly under Shanghai, Fuzhou, Qingdao, Jinan, Wuhan, Changsha, Gongbei, Zhanjiang, Nanning, Chongqing, Chengdu and Xi'an will be added to carry out the pilot of B2B export supervision of cross-border e-commerce. Matters related to the pilot work shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice No. 75 of the General Administration of Customs in 2020.

This announcement shall come into force on September 1, 2020.
