Professor Wang Yunyi Of Donghua University Invited The Institute Of Textile And Clothing To Give A High-End Academic Report

On August 28, at the invitation of the Institute of textile and fashion, Professor Wang Yunyi of School of fashion and art design of Donghua University gave a high-end academic report entitled "functional composition and ergonomics evaluation of clothing" for teachers and students of fashion design and engineering at Tencent conference. More than 120 teachers and students attended the meeting online.

    Clothing comfort and function generally regard "human clothing environment" as the research system. Based on decades of work experience and academic research, Professor Wang innovatively puts forward the functional classification of "human clothing environment activity" clothing system, and summarizes the influencing factors, performance evaluation methods and detailed analysis from three aspects of comfort, protection and efficiency. After a comprehensive and systematic theoretical framework, this paper takes the enterprise cooperation project of "functional design of fire escape clothing for the elderly" as an example to elaborate the general five step process of clothing functional design. Finally, Wang communicated with other teachers about the technology of clothing. The content of this report is comprehensive and in-depth, so that teachers and students have a deeper understanding of the functional composition of clothing and ergonomics evaluation research, and have a new understanding and Thinking on the product development of clothing functional design, and we have benefited a lot.

Professor Wang Yunyi, doctoral supervisor, is a teacher of School of fashion and art design, Donghua University. At the same time, based on the comfort function and ergonomics, the material research and composition design of clothing are carried out. He has presided over or participated in nearly 20 national, provincial and ministerial level and international cooperation projects, and has been selected into Shanghai Pujiang talent plan. He has published more than 80 academic papers, published one monograph (ministry level planning textbook for the Eleventh Five Year Plan) and participated in the compilation of two textbooks for ministerial level planning during the Eleventh Five Year Plan period. Three provincial and ministerial science and technology progress awards and two excellent teaching material awards were awarded. He has been a reviewer of many international academic journals for a long time. As a key member of the clothing R & D and design team of Chinese astronauts in Donghua University, he was awarded the news figure of 2016 Shanghai Education.
