The Latest Fashion Week Schedule Was Announced

Paris fashion week has announced its latest schedule of 88 events, but it is not clear how many brands will have physical t-shows or just digital displays through online galleries.

The 9-day Paris spring / summer 2021 women's ready to wear show will be held from September 28 (Monday) to October 6 (Tuesday). Led by Japanese new star brand MAME kurogouchi, the show ended with Louis Vuitton (Louis Vuitton), and Chanel (Chanel) and Miu Miu (Miao Miao Miao) on October 6.

Seven Chinese designer brands will participate in this season's Paris Fashion Week: UMA Wang, Dawei, mashama, SHIATZY Chen, jarel Zhang, Calvin Luo and Maison Mai.

The Federation de la haute couture (FHCM) said in a briefing: "this official agenda includes physical t-shows and digital displays of major fashion brands." According to the star content on the calendar, there are 22 brands that only plan to display online, rather than traditional t-shows.

Nevertheless, major brands such as Christian Dior, chanel and Louis Vuitton have confirmed that they will hold entity shows. But because of the social distance, the audience will be much less than before.

The upper limit for the number of people to be held in New York Fashion Week has not been specified. In the past few weeks, there has been a significant increase in the number of people who have tested positive for the new coronavirus in France. On September 4, the French Ministry of Health reported seven more deaths in Paris. Masks are now compulsory throughout Paris, with fines of 135 euros.

Several well-known brands will miss this season's Paris fashion week, including Saint Laurent, Valentino and Kawabata's comme des Gar ó ons. New Givenchy creative director Matthew Williams, who designed the 2008 Grammy led jacket for Kanye West and worked as a creative consultant for Lady Gaga, is expected to make a major change in Givenchy's style.
