However, there are three situations in the current dispute settlement between the landlord and the tenant: friendly negotiation between the two parties, with their respective losses ranging from 30% to 50%; the landlord has also sued the tenant, and some landlords have also asked the tenant to make up the rent difference; if the landlord and the tenant are very tough, the landlord will also cut off water and power, and the tenant will call friends to the house to confront the landlord.

Suspected contract fraud

Industry insiders pointed out that although the long-term rental apartments continue to explode, but the implied practice of salesman is suspected of fraud. The mode of high commission + high collection and low rent is the reason for accelerating the demise of moral meaning.
