Shekou Customs Seized 7000 Sets Of Export Infringing Sportswear

On November 10, after confirmation by the relevant trademark owners, Shekou customs, affiliated to Shenzhen customs, previously seized 9064 pieces of goods involving 7000 sets of sports suits and 2064 pairs of slippers. At present, the case has been transferred to the customs disposal department for follow-up processing.

On October 15, a company in Nanjing declared to Shekou customs for export of a batch of women's casual shoes. During on-the-spot inspection by Shekou customs officers, it was found that the actual export slippers were marked with "champion" brand mark, and the details were different from the genuine ones. On October 17, a company in Guangzhou declared to Shekou customs for exporting a batch of backpacks and other goods. After inspection, it was found that 7000 sets of sports suits were marked with "Adidas" and graphic signs. The packaging was simple and crude, and the details were different from the original ones. Later, the relevant trademark owners confirmed that the above two batches of goods were suspected of infringing the exclusive right of "champion and graphics" of HBI Brand Clothing Enterprise Co., Ltd. and the exclusive right of Adidas Co., Ltd. "Adidas and graphics" trademark.
