On November 16, Baishi group announced today that it would gradually withdraw from the "store plus" business operation and focus more on the core logistics business. In addition, Wang Xiaoqing, general manager of Baishi express Jiangsu, will take over Zhou Shaohua as general manager of express business department.

According to the media, "Dianjia" is a national s2b2c deep distribution integrated service platform under Baishi group, which provides innovative solutions for the "last mile" delivery, and enables many small and medium-sized businesses to participate in o2o business and provide supply chain services for small stores.

According to the plan, it is expected that by the end of this year, Baishi group will withdraw from the store processing business other than self operated Wowo convenience stores; the online commodity purchasing platform and management system of the original store plus business will be handed over to an independent third party to continue operation, and the third party will provide support for the existing stores and partners, and Baishi will not participate in the specific operation. Baishi will continue to operate its own Wowo convenience store normally and evaluate various strategic options for this business.

We hope to gradually withdraw from the core business of Baishi group through capital investment.
