2020 Annual Meeting Of Key Laboratory And Technology Innovation Center Of Textile Industry Held In Suzhou

On November 20, 2020 annual meeting of key laboratory and technology innovation center of textile industry and seminar on construction of science and technology innovation platform of textile industry was held in Suzhou. In his speech, Zhang Xiaohong said that focusing on the construction of scientific and technological innovation platform in the textile industry is an effective measure to jointly discuss and promote the scientific and technological innovation of the textile industry. Soochow University is the first university in China to follow the discipline system of modern universities, and is one of the first selected universities in the national "211 Project" and "2011 plan". This year marks the 120th anniversary of the founding of Soochow University. The textile and silk discipline of Suzhou University has a 117 year history, providing a large number of technical talents for the domestic textile and silk industry. Zhang Xiaohong proposed that in order to achieve the goal of building China into a powerful textile country, the industry should adhere to the basic direction of science and technology, fashion and green, strengthen the innovation drive of the textile industry, promote the research in the technical field, and establish a technological innovation system. The purpose of this seminar is to gather the strength of the industry, open up new ideas for scientific research through multi-party exchanges, further develop the advantages of the industry's scientific research and innovation platform, overcome more "neck sticking" technologies, explore the basic, strategic and forward-looking construction of the textile industry research platform, and jointly draw a new blueprint for the transformation and upgrading of the textile and silk industry.

Industry technological innovation needs cross-border integration. Peng Fangyu was specially invited to introduce the application and promotion of digital design and manufacturing innovation. Peng Fangyu said that the national digital design and manufacturing innovation center is a cross-border collaborative innovation and R & D ecosystem of leading enterprises, scientific research institutes and universities, aiming at the digital design and manufacturing innovation needs of aerospace, automobile rail transit, shipbuilding and marine engineering, and electronic manufacturing industries. The center is committed to solving the technical problems of "neck sticking" such as digital design, digital forming and manufacturing, and digital processing and manufacturing, so as to realize the high-quality manufacturing of "great power heavy equipment" and the independent control of high-end "core industrial software" and "core process equipment". At present, China's textile machinery industry is facing great development opportunities. In order to achieve leapfrog development, the industry should implement the synchronous development of industry 3.0 and 4.0, widely apply common technologies such as digital control technology and intelligent control technology, and promote the transformation and upgrading of China's traditional manufacturing industry.

Wang Yuping introduced the innovative development ideas of advanced functional fiber with the title of "condensing innovative resources of industrial chain and creating new industry innovation carrier". She said that the development trend of deep integration of manufacturing and service cannot be changed. The change and upgrading of consumption structure provide new opportunities for the development of textile industry. It is urgent to strengthen the research and development and promotion of advanced functional fiber new materials, key strategic fiber new materials and frontier fiber new materials. With the development of key raw material preparation and high performance fiber preparation technology, especially the development of advanced technology of industrial textiles, the textile industry has made important contributions to support the national major strategic needs. At present, with the global implementation of innovation driven strategy, there is still a certain gap between China and the international advanced level in the research and development and production of advanced high-end textile new materials and the independent supply of key high-end fiber new materials. During the "14th five year plan" period, China's textile science and technology innovation will focus on new fiber materials, high-tech textiles, high-end equipment, intelligent manufacturing, green manufacturing and other key points, condense the innovation resources of the industrial chain and create a new industry innovation carrier. Strengthening the construction of science and technology innovation platform is an important way to realize the transformation and upgrading of advanced basic textile new materials, speed up the transfer of key strategic fiber materials to high-end, seize the strategic commanding height of Frontier new materials, build and improve the public technology platform system, and realize the military civilian integration construction of new textile materials industry.

Pan Zhijuan, Dean of the school of textile and clothing engineering, Suzhou University, shared her experience in the construction of Key Laboratory of textile industry. According to her, the discipline of textile science and Engineering in Suzhou University is characterized by silk. It is the only discipline at home and abroad that has a complete textile industry chain from silkworm rearing, silk reeling / fiber manufacturing and spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing, clothing design and processing, and has a complete talent training system. Pan Zhijuan believes that the research direction of industry key laboratory should be based on the industry development frontier, the research content should aim at the key technology of the industry, the research results should be popularized and applied in the industry and enterprises, the platform resources should be open and shared with the industry and enterprises, and the joint force of technological innovation should be formed between key laboratories and enterprises. Cao Xiuming shared the experience of sunshine group in science and technology innovation. Sunshine Group is the world's largest woolen fabric manufacturer and high-end clothing production base. The fabric products are divided into eight series, involving tens of thousands of varieties, and the clothing products are divided into two categories and six series. It has established a technical evaluation system and formed a complete innovation system. Sunshine Group also strengthened the innovation of management mode and formed a management mode with its own characteristics. Cao Xiuming suggested that the construction of innovation platform should be based on leaders' attention, guided by green development, start with system operation, support each other with scientific and technological talents, strengthen the popularization and application of quality tools, and implement assessment and incentive measures.

Zhang Chuanxiong introduced the main work of the science and Technology Development Department of China Textile Federation. The science and Technology Development Department of China Textile Industry Federation is mainly responsible for the national textile industry related scientific and technological development planning, scientific and technological innovation, scientific and technological project organization and management, achievement transformation and promotion, national and industrial textile standard formulation and revision, and science and technology industry, etc., and carries out scientific and technological projects and technical consulting services for textile industry, and provides relevant national ministries and commissions with textile science and technology policies Consultation and suggestions. Several key laboratory leaders suggested that industry organizations should strengthen the cultivation and publicity of industry key laboratories, strengthen communication and communication between key laboratories and enterprises, attach importance to each other, increase the dependence of relying units on key laboratories, and maximize the platform role of key laboratories, so as to jointly promote the scientific and technological progress of China's textile industry.

In summing up the meeting, sun Jinliang pointed out that the key laboratory and technology innovation center have done a lot of work from the establishment to now, and they are important platforms to promote the implementation of advanced textile technology. Li Lingshen said that in the cultivation and evaluation of key laboratories and technology innovation centers, the industry should, on the one hand, do a good job in top-level design, strengthen planning and management, ensure a certain number, and at the same time, there should be input and output, so as to avoid overlapping of related disciplines; On the other hand, scientific and technological work in the future should be inclined to key laboratories and technological innovation centers, so as to promote the advancement of science and technology projects and the docking of achievements industrialization. Each key laboratory and technology innovation center should formulate its own development plan, set up its own major project research topics according to the technical shortcomings of its textile sub field, and truly solve the industry "neck sticking" problem. Li Lingshen stressed that in the future, China's textile industry will focus on fiber new material technology, green manufacturing technology, high-performance industrial textile technology, advanced textile equipment technology and textile intelligent manufacturing technology as the focus of scientific and technological innovation.
