Now, on behalf of China Textile Industry Federation, I will introduce the basic situation of textile science and Technology Education Awards in 2020 to the delegates, and make some suggestions on the next step of textile science and technology work.

I. achievements of textile science and education awards in 2020

(1) Textile Science and Technology Award

In 2020, 79 achievements and 4 scientific and technological workers will be awarded in the science and technology award of China Textile Federation. From the award-winning projects, the main features are as follows: first, the technical achievements of medical and health textiles have become the focus of attention, and the key technologies for the preparation of electrostatic jet spinning electret superfine fiber and high-efficiency low resistance polytetrafluoroethylene composite fiber membrane protection materials have made breakthroughs, providing technical support for fighting against the new epidemic situation and ensuring the health and safety of the people. Second, the level of high-efficiency differential technology and equipment for chemical fiber has been further improved. Breakthroughs have been made in the production of new polyester elastomer materials and ultra-fine spandex, realizing efficient, uniform, stable and large-scale production. Third, the high-quality textile dyeing and processing technology has made significant progress. The multi-mode spinning of fancy color spinning, high-speed production of warp knitted staple yarn, new silk reeling machine and new silk making technology, weaving sizing with low energy consumption and low emission, and high-quality ink-jet printing have achieved remarkable results in improving efficiency, improving quality, enriching varieties, expanding application and energy-saving and emission reduction. Fourth, the digital and intelligent textile machinery equipment and special basic parts manufacturing have achieved remarkable results, the overall technology of the new generation of domestic automatic winding machine has reached the international advanced level; the digital warp knitting machine series equipment and its intelligent production key technology have met the needs of large-scale customized production.

The 2020 Education Award includes two parts: Textile Vocational Education Teaching Achievement Award, teacher award and student award. This year's vocational education and teaching achievement award is for textile and clothing vocational colleges, with 171 awards, including 18 first prizes, 51 second prizes and 102 third prizes. The teacher award and student award were launched in 14 undergraduate colleges and 2 higher vocational colleges. The growing scientific and technological strength and innovation ability provide strong support for the sustained and healthy development of the textile industry, and further enhance the confidence, determination and ability of the textile industry to grasp the major development opportunities of the country and to cope with the risks and challenges. At the same time, we are also soberly aware of the shortcomings and challenges in the current textile science and technology work: the situation that some key core technologies are controlled by people has not been fundamentally changed, the technology innovation system with enterprises as the main body, market as the guidance and the deep integration of industry, University and research needs to be further improved and strengthened, and the endogenous power and systematic ability of technological innovation still need to be improved.
