Luotian County To Carry Out The Textile And Clothing Industry To Implement The Main Responsibility Of Enterprise Safety Production Inspection

In order to further implement the three-year action of special rectification of safety production in Luotian County, in combination with the requirements of the implementation plan of classification and batch implementation of enterprise subject responsibility in Huanggang City, Luotian County Emergency Management Bureau carried out a special inspection on the implementation of enterprise owner responsibility for 22 textile and garment enterprises in the county from April 6 to 12.

This special inspection combines on-site inspection and account data. By checking the enterprise's daily hidden danger investigation records, education and training records, emergency drills, safety investment and other relevant materials, the special inspection focused on the implementation of 37 legal responsibilities of 8 major items of the main responsible person. A total of 86 potential problems were investigated and 22 rectification instructions were issued. After the inspection of each enterprise, the inspection team will call on the person in charge of the enterprise and the safety supervision personnel for face-to-face communication, timely feed back the inspection situation, and put forward specific rectification measures and suggestions. According to the list of problems, enterprises are required to formulate the rectification plan for hidden dangers, clarify the rectification period and the person responsible for treatment, strictly follow the requirements of "five implementation", complete the rectification and rectification cancellation of hidden dangers within a time limit, effectively improve the awareness of enterprise safety production responsibility, earnestly implement the main responsibility of enterprise safety production, and comprehensively ensure the continuous and stable development of enterprise safety production situation.
