Generally, 1-3 staff are needed in the shop. A customer service undertakes the consultation of the store and online customers, including the daily cleaning and picking up work in the store. The salary is about 4-7k.

Another is the technician, responsible for the identification of shoes, repair work, the general salary is in 8k-15k.

In addition to the daily shop rent, water and electricity, and materials for repairing shoes, the situation is different in each region.

Therefore, opening a shoe washing shop is sure to make money, and the premise is good service and technology.

But if you want to earn 50000 or 100000 a month, you have high requirements for your city, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou and some provincial capitals.

3. Cross industry cooperation

No matter how expensive shoes are mostly used to wear, so where are the people who like to wear sports shoes?

Shoe store owners will cooperate with basketball clubs, gyms and travel agencies.

4. Short video channel
