At the 2021 China preschool education public welfare forum, Song Yang, an expert in preschool education evaluation of Guangdong Province, supervisor of Guangzhou municipal government and head of preschool education discipline group of Huangpu District Education Research Institute, brought a speech on how to do a good job in kindergarten class management.

To make the kindergarten class management effective, we must have certain methods and strategies. As a teacher, we should follow the law of children's development, analyze a variety of influencing factors, and choose correct and scientific methods.

Kindergarten class management means that teachers make full and reasonable use of people, money, material, time, space, information and other factors inside and outside the class through organization, planning, implementation, adjustment, summary and other links, so as to achieve class work objectives and achieve the predetermined conservation and education goals.

Class management is the basic guarantee to improve the quality of kindergarten education. Without purposeful and planned management, the daily operation of the class will be random, disorderly and inefficient, which is not conducive to the smooth growth of children.

Human management involves teachers, caregivers, children and parents. Material management: all materials needed for teaching, games and life. Management of affairs: routine affairs in class (routine life, education and teaching, games), large-scale events in kindergarten, parents and community work. Time management: long, medium and short-term class work plan; A day's work and rest time. Space management: class environment, class material environment (regional setting), psychological environment. Information management: information communication and public opinion to superiors and parents.

   1、 Human management

To do a good job in the management of teachers and nurses, it is necessary to promote mutual respect, treat each other with sincerity, empathy, communication, division of labor and cooperation, joint responsibility, and be familiar with the work content, work procedures and work standards.

To do a good job in children's management, teachers should establish a correct concept of children's management, understand and respect children, clarify the age characteristics and education objectives, adhere to the game as the basic activity of children, fully "respect the rights of children's games, return the game to children, and let children really become the masters of the game".

Teachers should understand that the management of children is not to limit children, but to help children master the necessary rules in order to better adapt to the society. To help children more standardized behavior, so as to better self-management. To do a good job in parent management, teachers should understand the mentality of parents at each stage, treat different types of parents, grandparents, young parents, nannies and other groups.

   2、 Material management

The main categories of goods management include class daily necessities management, class facilities and equipment management, class toy management, etc. Mr. Song introduced the modern enterprise goods management mode - 6S management: sorting, rectification, cleaning, cleaning, literacy, safety, and thought that it could be integrated into the kindergarten material management.

Taking rectification as an example, kindergartens can adopt the "fixed point" method, that is, according to the use frequency and convenience of the goods, determine the place where the goods should be placed. Through the fixed point of articles, the site can be kept in order, convenient to access, and improve work efficiency (for example, office supplies such as desks and chairs, folders, tea cup holders, computers and other office supplies, as well as floor mops, dishcloth, garbage cans, etc., are relatively fixed, and the corresponding marks are added at the same time).

   3、 Management of affairs

The management of affairs includes the routine affairs in the class, the large-scale events in the kindergarten, the parents' work, the community work, etc. Among them, the class internal routine affairs management covers children's routine management, education and teaching management, safety management. Teachers should establish a reasonable activity standard system, respect children's age characteristics, carry out charming teaching activities and organize vivid and interesting game activities. At the same time, we should pay attention to the safety of children's daily life and properly deal with emergencies in the class.

In the management of parents' work, teachers should make parents' work plan, including improving parents' work system, doing a good job in parents' contact work, organizing parents' learning activities and inviting parents to participate in activities.

  4、 Time management

Time management includes kindergarten class work plan, kindergarten day life and so on. In the kindergarten class work plan, teachers should make clear the concept and significance of class work, find the basis of work plan, and make class work according to the procedure of work plan.

In the daily life time management of kindergarten, there must be work and rest system, activity arrangement and transition link. Mr. Song stressed that the transition link is a transfer station for one-day activities, which has the function of linking up, excessive and rest adjustment. Although it is lax, free and relaxed, it also has certain educational value and should be fully utilized.

   5、 Space management

The regional environment of physical environment includes health field, language field, science field, art field and social field. Teachers should determine the number and scale of the area according to the number of children and the area of activity room.

At the same time, teachers should also consider the activity content and specific objectives of each district according to the basic development level of children in this class, the stage education objectives and main tasks. Every once in a while, depending on the actual needs and learning situation of children, delete the goals that have been achieved and replace them with higher requirements. Of course, this must be accompanied by the corresponding adjustment of materials.

   psychological environment

In order to promote a good teacher child relationship, teachers should take care of children and eliminate their vigilance psychology; Equal respect, cultivate children's subject consciousness; Tolerance and understanding, walk into children's inner world; Positive encouragement, stimulate children's self-confidence.

At the same time, teachers should promote good peer relationship among children, help children gradually eliminate self-centered tendency, create a warm and friendly interpersonal atmosphere, let each child have a sense of belonging to the class, and improve children's social skills.

In addition, teachers should establish a good relationship with colleagues. Interpersonal communication between colleagues will not only affect the overall quality of class work, but also have multiple effects on the social training of children. The communication between teachers is an important example of children's peer communication and social behavior.

If teachers care about each other and help each other, it will bring a warm atmosphere to the kindergarten, which is easy to stimulate positive social behavior. Children will also be able to penetrate the eyes from the middle ear, not only learn to observe other people's emotions, but also learn to use the correct and appropriate behavior.
