   On April 21, the Ministry of industry and information technology and the national development and Reform Commission issued the guiding opinions on the high quality development of chemical fiber industry (hereinafter referred to as the Guidance Opinions). It is clear that the output of chemical fiber-based materials will be increased by more than 20% by 2025, and the production of chemical fiber-based materials will be increased by more than 25% by 2025.

   Bio based PTT fiber uses 1,3-pdo from biomass conversion, which not only integrates the excellent properties of other fibers such as polyester and nylon, but also is a green fiber that can be recycled. Compared with the traditional chemical synthesis method, the biological method has the advantages of renewable raw materials, mild reaction conditions, good selectivity, less by-products and less environmental pollution.

   Previously, the production technology of bio based PDO and PTT fiber has been monopolized by foreign enterprises. Until 2014, Shenghong group cooperated with Tsinghua University to develop biomass fiber, which successfully broke the technical monopoly of foreign countries on PTT industry, and developed a complete set of bio based PDO and PTT fiber production technology with complete independent intellectual property rights, becoming the first domestic and the second global PTT fiber production enterprise with complete industrial chain.
   Shenghong is the largest manufacturer of bio based PDO and PTT fiber in China, which has set many records in the history of textile PTT technology in the world. The production of PTT fiber products from raw materials to manufacturing, use, recycling and other life cycle are green and recyclable, product life cycle carbon emissions reduced by 15%.
   Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the construction of ecological civilization has been written into the five in one overall layout. In 2020, China has put forward the goal of "double carbon". The guidance issued this time also clearly proposes to expand green fiber production and build a clean, low-carbon, recycling green manufacturing system.

   In response to the national ecological civilization construction and the "double carbon" goal, Shenghong has, in recent years, taken the ecological strategy as the guide, made every effort to build a world-class green product system, led the green transformation and development of the industry, and walked out of an ecological, low-carbon and circular "green Shenghong" road.
   In Suqian Shenghong new material industrial park, Shenghong has built the world's first direct spinning production line of regenerated melt from bottle flakes to spinning. After being put into full operation, it can produce 500000 tons of recycled polyester yarn and digest 35 billion old plastic bottles annually, accounting for 20% of the total amount of recycling in China. After being recycled, it will save 3.8 million tons of crude oil.
   In Lianyungang Shenghong Petrochemical Industrial Park, we will accelerate the construction of three "million ton" green projects, namely, 1 million ton EVA photovoltaic materials, 1 million ton acrylonitrile and 1 million ton green degradable materials, which will lead the industry to the high end of the value chain and promote the transformation of clean energy.

   At present, the annual production capacity of Shenghong's selbon petrochemical company reaches 300000 tons, accounting for 16% of the total domestic production capacity; Among them, the production capacity of photovoltaic grade EVA exceeds 200000 tons, accounting for 25.6% of the global output of photovoltaic grade EVA, ranking first in the world. Acrylonitrile downstream products are widely used in large-scale wind power, aerospace, high-speed rail and other high-end fields. At present, the overall production capacity of acrylonitrile in srbon is 780000 tons / year, ranking first in China, accounting for 22% of the total domestic capacity. One million tons of green degradable materials are directly aimed at the "double carbon" target.
   Accelerating green transformation is not only an inevitable requirement for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness, but also the core for China's manufacturing industry to continuously strengthen its international competitiveness.
