When he first entered the factory, Jiang Zhengtao started as an apprentice. Sometimes, he had many problems. However, he was a clumsy bird and flew first. He came to the company early every day to practice basic skills. He began to practice repeatedly from the connector. He humbly asked his master for advice. When he came home at night, he summarized the skills he had learned in the day. Slowly, he started hanging yarn, connecting connector, connecting tail yarn, identifying yarn count, etc From the operation of two looms to the operation of 4-5 looms, from apprentice to skilled weft knitting worker, the annual quality index reaches more than 99.8%, and the quality and output are higher than the average value of the whole factory.

In the workshop where Jiang Zhengtao works, dense cotton yarn lingers above the machine. According to Jiang Zhengtao, the cotton cloth woven on this machine is 2 meters wide, which requires 102 cotton yarns. Each cotton yarn has a fixed position, and it is not possible to make a wrong one.

"It sounds like a very simple job, but in the eyes of weft knitting workers, it is a technical work. If the thread ends are connected quickly, more cloth will be woven; if the thread ends are small, there will be no defects on the cloth surface." Jiang Zhengtao said that if the thread is broken and the tail yarn is replaced, they will have to pick up four or five hundred threads a day. While the connector sounds like a small thing, it is actually a "big job" in textile work. It can connect the broken thread head in time, and it is necessary to determine the position of the broken needle by observing the defects on the cloth surface and replace it in time. Each loom has 90 yarn feeders and 2000-3000 knitting needles. If you don't observe carefully, you can't see the cotton thread finer than the hair. At the same time, you have to observe the defects on the cloth surface through the glass all the time. This kind of working state will last for 8 hours or even longer. You can imagine its test to the eyes. At present, Jiang Zhengtao is very skilled in the techniques of connector, needle mounting and yarn hanging. For example, ordinary workers can load about 10 pieces at a time, while Jiang Zhengtao can load about 20 pieces at the same time, which only takes less than 10 seconds.

Another "unique job" of weft knitting workers is "looking for bad needles". Take the cloth surface with a width of 2 meters as an example. The machine needs to install 2640 needles to work at the same time. These needles are arranged in order, and each has a designated position and number. Due to long-term friction, these needles are prone to problems. Weft knitting workers need to find out the fabric defects by naked eyes, find out which needle to find, and then repair or replace them. If the processing is not timely, a meter long remnant can be woven in one minute. As the woven fabric rotates all the time under the machine, the weft Weaver has to look through the glass to see if there are any defects on the cloth surface, which naturally increases the difficulty. The winder is generally equipped with 60-72 spindles, especially for the production of Coarse Count Yarn less than 21 inch count, it needs to be equipped with three sets of generating mechanism, and the intubation speed has become the bottleneck of the whole winder. Foreign counterparts have successively developed double intubation mechanism with complex structure and corresponding patent protection. After nearly one year's research, cheshehai and the technical team have developed an efficient intubation device. The device has simple structure, and the speed of intubation is nearly double that of the original intubation mechanism. The number of intubation tubes in one set of intubation mechanism can reach that of two sets of foreign intubation mechanisms. Moreover, it completely solves the requirements of the original intubation mechanism on the yarn forming, low efficiency, and high efficiency The actual intubation speed is more than 55 / min. At present, the device has obtained four national invention patents, three Japanese invention patents, three Italian invention patents and three German invention patents.

The second is the trolley. This device fills in the gap in China. The original winders are all manually dropped. Due to the continuous reduction of labor force in textile enterprises, it is required to use a trolley to drop the drum. The new branch mechanism and automatic detection and diagnosis device have improved the stability and reliability of the dropping barrel trolley. Now, it has been widely used in automatic winding machine. The third generation of doffing trolley has realized intellectualization, which can realize mutual tube borrowing between single spindles, separate branch pipe, separate yarn grabbing, automatic head formation when there is no bobbin yarn, yarn quality tracking and fault self diagnosis, etc., which reduces the debugging difficulty of the drop drum trolley and further improves the success rate of dropping tube.

At the same time, it solves the problem of single bobbin jam in the production of the whole machine.

At the end of 2020, the VCrO type automatic winder jointly developed by Che Shehai and the team stood out in several selection projects and won the first prize of science and technology progress award of China Textile Industry Federation.

Welding is a kind of technology, but for Guo Chao, welding is an art with unspeakable charm. As the head of the welding team of the second work department of the processing business department, he devoted himself to the research of titanium alloy welding technology for new materials. Among them, the melt pipeline in the green fiber project starts from the evaporation and dissolving machine, passes through the premixing tank, filter, booster pump, and is distributed to the spinning machine, covering the whole system. The melt pipeline of filter section is the core part of the whole pipeline, which is divided into two layers of rubber inlet and outlet. After the pipeline is welded with 8 filters, the horizontal error of filter should be controlled within 0.1mm. As a cold weldment, such a high tolerance requirement is the first time in the company. Compared with other parts, the shape and structure of this section of pipeline are more complex, and the space position of flange surface is inconsistent; Secondly, it is very difficult to assemble and weld the flange one by one, and to ensure that the assembly of the filter is very difficult. In order to ensure that the filter can meet the production process requirements, the pipeline section is welded by manual argon arc welding, and all dimensions need to be ensured by reserving shrinkage in advance and controlling deformation during welding. The first filter section pipeline of hongtaiding took more than half a year from the beginning of welding to the end of assembly. In order to ensure the high quality and high efficiency production of the subsequent filter section pipeline, Guo Chao and the team recorded the shrinkage of each weld and found that under the same welding parameters, the different welding sequence had a great impact on the welding shrinkage and deformation. Through the optimization and improvement of welding process and the control of welding deformation in the welding process, compared with the previous, the construction period of the in and out rubber pipe road is shortened to 1 month, the overall assembly level error is controlled within 0.1 mm range, and the difficulty coefficient of precision dimension control of cold welding technicians is constantly updated. Guo Chao used the ordinary welding in his hands to lead the welder team members to create an "extraordinary achievement" belonging to them.
