Digital transformation guide for SMEs

At present, the digital transformation of the world economy has become the general trend. Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of the real economy, and also the focus and difficulty of industrial digital transformation. In order to implement the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on accelerating digital development, and promote SMEs to enhance their comprehensive strength and core competitiveness through digital transformation, the guideline for digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the guide) is formulated.

The digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises follows the idea of "from easy to difficult, from point to surface, long-term iteration and multi-party cooperation". The guide is mainly for small and medium-sized enterprises, digital transformation service providers and local authorities at all levels. The guide aims to help small and medium-sized enterprises to promote digital transformation in a scientific and efficient way, improve the ability to provide digital products and services for small and medium-sized enterprises, and provide guidance for relevant departments to promote the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
