Guide enterprises in traditional industries to strengthen technological transformation, improve production efficiency and product quality, and promote the optimization and upgrading of traditional projects in the industrial chain; Promote the application of intelligent equipment, actively coordinate with government departments to implement the industrial reward and subsidy policy, encourage enterprises to carry out intelligent transformation of manufacturing projects and construction of smart factories, so that digital empowerment becomes a new engine for high-quality development of the nonwoven industry; Promote the transformation of industrial development to green development. Encourage and guide industrial enterprises to adhere to the green orientation in product design, raw material selection, energy consumption control, quality safety and environmental friendliness; Do a good job of recycling nonwoven packaging products in the development of the industry; Vigorously support key enterprises to carry out research, development and production of new biodegradable nonwoven materials and products.

Third, support the high-quality development of the medical and health products industry. On the basis of summing up the early development experience, and according to the new situation and characteristics of the market in the post epidemic era, a number of downstream products manufacturing enterprises in the nonwoven industry chain are introduced from a high starting point, and enterprises are supported to build high standard medical and health nonwoven products projects, strictly control low-level repeated construction, and prevent low-end overcapacity.

At present, the whole industry is facing the problem of phased overcapacity, and industrial enterprises are suffering from the double squeeze of orders and profits at the same time. Longgang City has certain advantages in supporting facilities and costs, and has demonstrated a certain anti risk ability in the downturn of this cycle, but the sustainable development of the industry still faces many difficulties and challenges. The main reasons are that the contradiction of overcapacity is relatively prominent, the product structure is relatively simple, and the proportion of traditional low-end capacity is still large.
