Xinhua Jin (600735) announced in the evening of March 8 that Shandong Lujin Import and Export Group Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the company, pledged 19.22 million shares to Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited Qingdao Sifang Sub branch to supplement the funds needed for its own operations. The pledged shares were 19.22 million shares, accounting for 10.36% of the company's shares and 4.48% of the company's total share capital. The pledge period is from March 7, 2023 to March 6, 2024.
Lujin Group holds 185532352 shares in total, accounting for 43.27% of the total share capital of the company. 165.77 million shares have been pledged in total, accounting for 89.35% of its shares and 38.66% of the company's total share capital.
