Enjoy The ITOGO Shoe Design Of Y-3 New Shoes
The Y-3 brand, which is cooperated by adidas and Yohji Yamamoto, is about to welcome the first footwear product of the experimental new series, Y-3 ITOGO.
Y-3 ITOGO breaks the boundaries of modern footwear. It is only made of five parts, and each part is highlighted with numbers: 1 Elastic bandage (2 pieces), 2 Knit upper, 3. Boost midsole, 4 Rubber outsole, 5. Suture.
It is reported that the purpose of this design is to rethink the life cycle of footwear, abandon the use of glue, and assemble each part by hand sewing process - if you choose to cut the suture, you can completely disassemble it. To pay homage to this innovative idea, Y-3 ITOGO is named after the combination of Japanese words "Ito (line)" and "Go (five)".
