Industrial Cluster: "National Textile Industry Internet Pilot Park" Landed In Sheyang

On the morning of March 18, the conference on integration of industrialization and industrialization of China's textile industry was held in Sheyang County, Jiangsu Province, and the China Textile Federation awarded Yancheng Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industrial Park "National Textile Industry Internet Pilot Park".

At present, there are 495 textile enterprises in Sheyang County. The evaluation index of the integration of industrialization and industrialization in the whole industry has reached 55, the networking rate of digital production equipment has reached 35%, and the penetration rate of ERP and MES applications has reached 45% and 20% respectively.

Textile is the most recognizable and symbolic pillar industry in Sheyang, with a long history and good industrial foundation. The textile industry is Sheyang's pillar industry, competitive industry and enriching industry. Since Zhang Jian, a national industrialist, reclaimed wasteland and planted cotton and set up a yarn mill here, Sheyang County has initially formed a textile industry cluster with complete categories and supporting facilities after hundreds of years of hard struggle. It is fully equipped with the soil, space and various elements to create a high-quality development cluster of Jiangsu textile industry.

Sheyang County has successively introduced leading enterprises in Shayin, Tiqiao, Hengbaisheng, Lanbang and other industries, and has professional parks bearing the printing and dyeing industry. With large industrial scale, complete categories, long chains, and good equipment, Sheyang County is the main position and main force for the development of high-end textile industry in the city.

From the 1980s, Sheyang County bred a batch of national famous brands and well-known trademarks, such as "Shuangshan" brand pure cotton yarn and "Zhenyang" brand plush, to the new century, Sheyang has been persistently grasping the leading position, building chains and clusters, and the industrial level and scale of Sheyang has been continuously improved, The whole industrial chain development pattern of "spinning - texturing - weaving - printing and dyeing - home textile and clothing" has been initially formed.

Sheyang textile industry carrier is becoming more and more complete. Yancheng Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industrial Park has achieved full coverage of centralized heating, gas supply and sewage treatment. The textile science and technology innovation park covering an area of 300 mu has been completed and put into use. It has been awarded the titles of China Green Dyeing and Finishing R&D and Production Base, National Intelligent Dyeing and Printing Demonstration Park, etc. At the same time, relying on the existing textile industry foundation of the whole county, Sheyang has formed a "1+N" industrial spatial layout with Yancheng Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industrial Park as the core and linking the surrounding towns in the county.

The R&D platform of Sheyang textile industry accelerated its agglomeration. It has built Jiangsu Research Institute of China Textile and Garment Big Data Center, integration base of industrialization and industrialization and other scientific innovation carriers. It has 20 national high-tech enterprises, 3 provincial enterprise research and development centers, and Tiqiao Textile has been selected as a provincial intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory. Lanbang special fiber is the only two enterprises in the world with independent intellectual property rights of acrylic fiber pulp production process and technology, Campina Group's "package yarn digital automatic dyeing complete technology and equipment" won the first prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award.

In recent years, aiming at the development orientation of "modern high-end, green wisdom", Sheyang has built a national green dyeing and finishing R&D and production base relying on Yancheng Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industrial Park, and has been successively awarded the titles of Jiangsu Textile Dyeing and Finishing Characteristic Industrial Cluster, National Top Ten Textile and Garment Industrial Parks, China Printing and Dyeing Industry Innovation Demonstration Park, National Intelligent Printing and Dyeing Demonstration Park, etc. In 2022, the invoiced sales of Sheyang County's textile industry will reach 13.5 billion yuan and foreign trade exports will reach 100 million dollars.

At the meeting, Yancheng Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industrial Park was awarded the title of "Jiangsu Textile and Clothing Innovation Demonstration Industrial Park".

As the host of this conference, Sheyang County Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Information Department of China Textile Federation to promote three enterprises to settle in the integration base of industrialization and industrialization in China's textile industry and sign a contract.
