At present, China's chemical fiber finishes are relatively dependent on imports, of which the nylon spinning finishes are mainly imported. Improving the toughness of the supply chain of the chemical fiber industry chain and enhancing the effective supply capacity of chemical fiber finishes will become an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of the chemical fiber industry in the future. Chen Xinwei hopes that chemical fiber enterprises and masterbatch oil additive enterprises will further strengthen communication and cooperation, jointly improve the innovation ability of the nylon industry, and promote the steady and healthy development of the industry.

Looking back on the changes in China's color masterbatch industry in the past decade, she pointed out that the completion of the implementation of the "13th Five Year Plan" national support plan "Development and Application of High Quality Raw Solution Dyeing Fiber" had a significant impact on the color masterbatch industry, which not only improved the general understanding of the chemical fiber industry on the raw solution coloring, but also promoted the development of China's chemical fiber color masterbatch. From the perspective of functional decomposition, common technology modules, underlying technology logic, etc., he deeply understood the cross field of chemical fiber process finishes, used effective formula design tools, and discussed the new development mode of finishes.
Gu Yonghuan said that there is still much room for the technical development level of domestic spinning finishes, and it is urgent to test the technical capacity of spinning finishes through market practice. Transchem has launched a series of flagship polyester/nylon spinning finishes to the industry, which can increase the market share of domestic finishes through long-term verification by leading customers. He said that the important development direction of the fibers used for military emergency clothing, such as liquid colored fibers, anti microbial fibers, conductive and anti-static fibers, flame retardant and anti dripping fibers, temperature regulating fibers, and anti electromagnetic radiation fibers, hoped that chemical fiber enterprises and master batch enterprises would actively cooperate to develop new products with low cost, high spinnability, high quality, and multi-function.
