In June 2016, the General Administration of Customs launched the national customs clearance integration reform pilot project with the "two center three system" as its core content.

Since the trial, through continuous summing up of pilot experience, the scope of the pilot has been expanded gradually, the efficiency of customs clearance has been significantly improved, the time of customs clearance has been shortened, and the cost of customs clearance has been effectively reduced.

In accordance with the reform plan, we must basically realize the integration of customs clearance in 2017.
