In January 2018, the park was approved by the State Ministry of industry and the Ministry of state's Xixi salty textile and garment Innovation Park, and formed an industrial service platform of "two houses, one Pavilion, one association", and built the whole industrial chain of textile and clothing.

At the founding meeting of the Xixian textile and garment Innovation Park of Xianyang Xinxing textile industry park, it was announced that the Specialized Committee was composed of more than 30 institutions of higher learning in Shaanxi province and textile and garment enterprises in the province. On the other hand, we should actively optimize the business environment and help the industry achieve high quality development. We should do a good job in the reform of the "discharge tube" service, facilitate the implementation of the approval service, accelerate the implementation of "approval of a seal pipe", deepen the "Internet + government services", and accelerate the implementation of the enterprise procedures for "running at most".
