Recently, in the "2020 Symposium on behalf of members of the textile industry", sun REI, chairman of the China Textile Industry Federation, put forward many urgent policy proposals for the development of textile and garment enterprises from three aspects: restoring industrial ecology, ensuring industrial safety and consolidating industrial status. Scientific and technological innovation and digital transformation under the new situation

The textile industry is an important livelihood industry and an internationally competitive industry in China. It is also an important industry in the development of technology and fashion, and is closely related to satisfying people's yearning for a better life and building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way. In recent years, China's textile technology has been developing rapidly, achieving a historic leap from hard to follow, running, running and even leading. At present, China has the largest and most complete textile industry system in the world, and is the largest producer, consumer and exporter of textiles and clothing in the world. At the same time, we should promote the construction of the national manufacturing innovation center in textile industry, and speed up the construction of advanced printing and dyeing technology innovation center, expand the layout of the construction field, and set up the high-end textile Innovation Center on the basis of improving the advanced functional fiber innovation center.

Two. Build an industrial Internet platform across the textile industry chain to build an important infrastructure for the digital transformation of the industry.

For the textile industry at the critical stage of transformation, the industrial Internet platform as the core of digitalization and intellectualization transformation plays an important role in promoting the high quality development of textile industry and building new competitive advantages in industry. It is suggested to support the textile industry to build an industrial Internet platform for cross industry chain, to realize the convergence and sharing of manufacturing resources, to optimize the allocation and efficient collaboration, to create industry data hub, to open up data islands among enterprises, upstream and downstream of industrial chain, and between industrial chains, to digitally transform the power industry, to improve the efficiency of enterprise production and operation, and to promote industrial innovation and transformation. Three, build a big data center in the textile industry to support the development of digital economy in the industry.

The development of digital economy in textile industry is bound to bring huge demand for data processing. Large data centers carrying artificial intelligence, big data and cloud computing capabilities will be one of the important infrastructures for the transformation of textile industry to digitalization and intellectualization. It is proposed to support the construction of the big data center in the textile industry, and to interconnect with the major data centers of key industrial clusters, and form an industry big data service system, so as to achieve data collection, aggregation and application of key regions and key enterprises, enhance the data resource management ability, and make decisions for the industry's macro decision-making, enterprise production and operation, regional economic development and coping with international trade disputes. The cotton issue has always been a focus topic in the textile raw material market. 3., actively promote the reform of cotton management system. In view of the urgency of the situation, we should let cotton import quotas be released as soon as possible. "Cultivating independent brands"

For a long time, China, as a large textile and garment producer, a big exporter and a big consumer country, is far from the brand power. Even the world's top 500, the domestic textile industry has only 2. Especially in recent years, with the upgrading of China's overall consumption level and the change of consumption concept and mode, and the enhancement of brand awareness, people's confidence in consuming their own brands and national cultural self-confidence need to be strengthened. "Supporting real business"

The new crown epidemic has brought a fatal blow to the traditional brand stores. Clothing brands have been widely closed, but the cost of rents and personnel still exist. Retail entities must abandon their original business models, but at the same time, they also need the support and guidance of relevant government departments.
