(Zhejiang goods cloud exhibition 3+2 mode new on-line)

In the early morning of June 27th, the 2020 Zhejiang export online trade fair (Brazil Station - Textile and clothing special), which lasted for 5 days, came to a close. This online exhibition is sponsored by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce, hosted by the three Zhejiang Expo and Limited by Share Ltd, jointly organized by the China Textile Council of the International Trade Promotion Council and the investment development and trade center of China (Brazil).

The online exhibition launched a brand new "3+2" mode. In the 22-26 days' total exhibition of 5 days in June, the first 3 days were conducted by product display, live broadcast promotion and free matching. The company actively displayed its products on live broadcast, looking for buyers who are interested in their products in the shop's footprints, while buyers sought the right products according to their own needs and took the initiative. Communication with enterprises is the same as offline development. On the next 2 days, we made more precise 1 to 1 matching according to the newly developed private conference room function. According to the large number of pairing work before the exhibition and the three days before the exhibition, the buyer analyzed the procurement products to help them make more accurate matching. The "3+2" mode has made up for the shortcomings of some enterprises that the buyers are too free to match buyers.

Five during the days of cloud exhibition, more than 160 high quality buyers from Brazil, Peru, Bolivia and other countries have carried out online exhibition and procurement docking with high-quality, accurate and effective real documents. At the same time, more than 50 suppliers from high quality textile enterprises from Zhejiang participated in online exhibitions, 200 more than 200 enquiries, 108 live broadcasts, and more than 200 hours of live broadcast. It has brought a "online procurement docking feast" for the audience, which has been highly recognized by domestic exhibitors and local buyers in Brazil. During the exhibition, a total of 1600 items of textile products were displayed. The exhibits included suits, jackets, windbreaker, sportswear fabrics, knitted fabrics, dyed chiffon, lace, embroidery, yarn, accessories, clothing and clothing, all of which are high quality products purchased locally in Brazil.

Zhejiang thousand colors Textile Trade Co., Ltd., Shaoxing Jiang Fan International Trade Co., Ltd., Shaoxing Fei Mei Textile Co., Ltd., Shaoxing Huashang Textile Co., Ltd. and many other enterprises participated actively in online live broadcast, and conducted a comprehensive online live communication with the buyers of Brazil, greatly improving the stickiness and trust between Chinese and Pakistani exhibitors.

Zhejiang Qian Zi color textile trade Co., Ltd. has always been a major Southeast Asian market. This time, we participated in the Brazil online exhibition, arranged 4 business leaders for three days of live broadcast, and prepared several live broadcast devices. Business backbone brings dozens of latest chiffon fabrics to live rooms, showing products to Brazil buyers. They said that the exhibition was also the first attempt to extend their products to the Brazil market, taking this opportunity to develop local businesses and expand more "one belt and one road" textile market.

Shaoxing City Jiang Fan International Trade Co., Ltd., as a company participating in online exhibitions many times, this live broadcast has been completely different from the first live online broadcast. Apart from the purchase of various professional live broadcasting equipment, it also hired a professional video team, and the quality of product live broadcast was significantly improved. According to the epidemic situation in the world, we may not be able to attend the exhibition this year, so we will do well in the preparations for the live broadcast of the online exhibition. Through the previous experience of online exhibitions, Brazil's online exhibition, our video team has improved the clarity of live broadcast, and has also done better in pushing the company's products. This year, we will make good use of the online exhibition opportunities provided by Zhejiang provincial chamber of Commerce to introduce products to various countries.

This Brazil Station textile and clothing special field is the first time that Shaoxing Fei Mei Textile Co., Ltd. has participated in the live broadcast of the online exhibition. They broadcast live in the sample room, used the projector to do the introduction of the company and play the product, and the boss, Wu, led the team to explain the products to the customers in person. Shaoxing Huashang Textile Co., Ltd. is not the first time to participate in the online exhibition. The director Zhang told us that the Vietnamese station that we participated before was because our customers were working together, so we just contacted the old customers and widened the local market. Now the Brazil station is due to the 11 hour difference between Brazil and China. Just after the day's work is finished, the product is introduced live at 9 pm to the early hours of the morning, and the time of debris is utilized to open up the South American market.
