In 2004, Zhu Min officially entered the venture capital industry as NEA investment partner. NEA was exploring investment in China at that time, and projects in the same period included SMIC international, Spreadtrum and red kids. After returning to China to establish the CyberWorks group, Zhu Min officially took the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements as a main line. His projects include concentrating technology, Lianlian technology, getui, Panshi, Xuhang, etc.

"We hope to build innovative technology enterprises systematically and in batches. Our "all government and local science and technology foundation and local science and technology foundation jointly promote the transformation of intellectual property rights" Zhu Min said.

The entry threshold of science and technology service industry is very low, but it is very difficult to advance.

"It is more than 10 times more difficult to do pan science and technology services and focus on technology transfer." In Ni Hao's opinion, the moat of technology transfer is recessive, and the requirements for Industry cognition are particularly high. Therefore, only by occupying the commanding height of technology transfer can we build up the whole science and technology service format.

According to the reporter's understanding, doctor technology has achieved sufficient business income guarantee. In the past 10 years, about 67 million yuan has been invested in platform tool development with its own business income. The core reason why the company started external financing this time is that it needs more funds and resources to invest in the doctoral cloud platform.

Innovation ecology "the fourth party"

In the innovation ecology outlined by the doctor's science and technology team, government, enterprises, universities, talents and financial capital are the suppliers and demanders of innovation elements and resources. There are also third-party service organizations in the ecology, including scientific and technological achievements transformation service institutions, third-party technical managers, professional science and Technology Service Institutions and third-party information platform.
