Saudi Arabia ensures China's energy security in the next 50 years
On March 24, foreign minister Wang Yi also held talks with Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad and foreign minister Faisal during his visit to Saudi Arabia.
Muhammad said that China has a long history and is a world power with important influence. China's rejuvenation is inevitable, which is conducive to global peace, stability and prosperity, and to a more balanced development of the world.
On cooperation between the two countries, Muhammad stressed that Saudi Arabia is willing to continue to deepen bilateral cooperation in energy fields such as crude oil trade, petrochemical and nuclear energy, cultivate new growth points of non oil economy, and strengthen anti-terrorism security cooperation.
　　 Saudi Aramco CEO Amin Nasser announced that China is an important partner and Saudi Aramco will give priority to China's energy security in the next 50 years.
　　 With the guarantee of Saudi Aramco, Russia, which is friendly with China, is constantly transporting energy, and Iran, another major oil producing country in the Middle East, has blood transfusion. The oil needed for China's development in a long time in the future will be fundamentally solved.
　　 China and Iran sign comprehensive cooperation agreement
On March 27, China and Iran signed a 25 year strategic agreement, which attracted global attention.
The agreement requires China to invest US $400 billion in Iran in the next 25 years to help Iran build and develop in dozens of fields such as banking, telecommunications, ports, railways, medical care and information technology;
Iran, on the other hand, provides China with a steady stream of low-cost and high-quality oil as required.
And China and Iran will use RMB instead of US dollars to settle their oil trade.
As one of the world's top oil powers, Iran has been relying on oil exports to promote economic development. However, restricted by the United States, its domestic infrastructure is relatively poor. China's assistance in infrastructure construction will accelerate its development.
China's rapid development, oil and other energy demand is very large, Iran's oil export will undoubtedly ease the pressure. From all aspects, this is a win-win situation.
If OPEC + wants to reduce production, oil and raw materials will have to rise!
Recently, according to foreign media, Russia said it would support the organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC +) and other alliance of oil producing countries (OPEC +) to maintain output roughly unchanged in May, while it would seek a small increase to meet the increasing seasonal demand. Saudi Arabia is also prepared to support the extension of OPEC + production reduction measures to May and June, and to expand its own voluntary production reduction measures to boost oil prices.
