Hanfu

Recently, Caoxian, a previously unknown town in Heze, Shandong Province, suddenly caught fire all over the network. This small county is really not simple. Some industries are among the best in the country. For example, a local place called Daji town has 18000 online stores, especially the Hanfu industry, which is very good.
In one town, 18000 online stores are opened, and the once poor households now sell one million yuan a year

Li Yan used to be a poor family in dinglou village. In 2015, people in the village began to do e-commerce one after another. Li Yan also learned to open a shop online and sell Hanfu. I didn't expect that Hanfu was very popular. It sold hundreds of thousands of yuan in the first year, and now it can sell millions of yuan every year.

In 2017, Li Yanjia took off the hat of poor households, and three Adobe houses became two-story buildings. In 2020, affected by the epidemic situation, the sales of adult Hanfu declined, and Li Yan began to transform her own design and processing of children's Hanfu. This year's orders are 50% higher than the peak in 2019, and 500 or 600 pieces are delivered every day.
Now, Li Yan has opened four online stores. Like most villagers in dinglou village, her home is a factory. Her mother is responsible for ironing, and two aunts in the village help pack and cut thread. Li Yan and her younger brother are both designing, selling, packing and delivering goods. They are so busy that they don't have enough time to eat and sleep.
Hu Chunqing is the first doctor from hulou village, Daji Town, Caoxian county. In 2018, after graduating from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, he returned to his hometown. The couple started the business of Hanfu. His wife Meng Xiaoxia was responsible for R & D and design, and Hu Chunqing managed the production and online sales.
A few years ago, online stores were the main players in performance clothing, which could sell two or three million yuan a year. In 2018, the production value of children's Hanfu has nearly doubled. After the normalization of epidemic prevention and control this year, the performance clothing and Han clothing markets broke out at the same time.
Since the 1990s, there have been many family workshops in Daji town of Caoxian County, Shandong Province, engaged in the production of studio sets and costumes. After finishing the costumes, the villagers took the finished products and sold them from place to place, gradually becoming the processing base of domestic entertainment costumes.
In recent years, with the outbreak of Hanfu economy, the mature clothing industry chain has rapidly transferred to Hanfu production《 According to the insight report on consumption trend of Hanfu in 2020, 41.78% of Hanfu users choose the price of 100-300 yuan. And this price of Hanfu, mostly from Caoxian, Shandong Province.

According to AI media consulting's special research report on economic development of China's Guochao in 2020-2021, the number and market scale of Chinese Hanfu enthusiasts are growing rapidly. In 2021, the number of Hanfu enthusiasts is expected to reach 6.894 million, and the market sales scale will reach 10.16 billion yuan.
Opening an online shop to sell clothes, Zhou Aihua was the first person to eat crabs in Daji town of Caoxian county. In 2009, Zhou Aihua convinced her husband to take out 1400 yuan to install Internet cables and computers, and opened his first online shop. But I didn't expect that it took five months for the computer to move.

70 sets of red, sold 3500 yuan. Equivalent to the sales volume of half a year before going out to promote sales.

During the Spring Festival in 2010, Zhou Aihua's family had more than a dozen relatives, all of whom wanted to learn how to open an online shop to make money with Zhou Aihua. In two or three years, every family of local villagers opened online stores.
Now there are 47000 people in the town, 27000 of whom have started e-commerce. A total of 18000 online stores have been opened, once occupying 70% of the national performance clothing market.

The sky high price Hanfu sells 35000 yuan, Caoxian Hanfu wants to create high-end products

Before 2019, for the family workshops in Caoxian County, Hanfu did not need to be designed. A few well-known popular models were found online, and the factory produced them in batch, directly bringing the price of Hanfu worth thousands of yuan to more than 100 yuan. Caoxian once occupied 30% of the national Hanfu market.
And this kind of malformed booming business will be hit hard in 2019. Due to their original style has been copied repeatedly, a Hanfu brand business to Caoxian merchants to court. The final result is not only lose the lawsuit, but also bring vicious competition.

Lose the lawsuit, lose the market. Many Hanfu merchants in Caoxian paid a double price. They began to slowly learn to find designers to draw drawings, buy copyrights, and make original clothes. It is a high-end custom-made Hanfu that has sold for 35000 yuan. It costs hundreds of people just for manual weaving.
At present, in Caoxian, there are more than 2000 Hanfu enterprises, including more than 600 original Hanfu processing enterprises. In Daji Town, as long as you design the style, you can solve the problems of cloth, accessories, logistics, and even take photos of models in this town, which can be completed within the radius of 40-50 square kilometers.
Cui Wen, a native of Caoxian County, has been developing in Beijing. Last year, she found that Han clothes in Caoxian were selling well, but many Taobao stores had to send clothes to other places to take photos, and then put them on online stores for sale. Not only was the cost high, but it was also a waste of time. Cui Wen immediately decided to go back to her hometown to do online shop photography.

Cui Wen is very efficient. According to the survey in July last year, the studio was set up in the e-commerce Industrial Park of Daji town in September. Shop owners spend more than 1000 yuan shooting, as long as a pop money, can achieve hundreds of thousands of sales. More and more shopkeepers find Cui Wen.
Yin Qixing did film and television equipment sales in Xinjiang before 2019. He heard that Hanfu from his hometown Caoxian was selling well on the Internet. So he ordered a batch of embroidery machines from Zhejiang Province and went back to the village to work on the embroidery of Hanfu. Now, in the workshop of his embroidery factory, six 24 needle printing machines are constantly swinging.

Han Fu business is too hot, Yin Qixing soon opened an online shop to sell Hanfu. It can produce three or four hundred pieces a day, and its monthly sales volume can reach 4.5 million yuan. As long as an online shop out of a small pop, production will not come over.

Hu Chunqing did not expect that after the epidemic, the market rebounded so quickly. The factory could not process it, which directly led to his inability to deliver goods and was fined 20000 yuan by the e-commerce platform.

Reputation and grade are the lifeblood of stores. Once the production capacity fails to keep up, the shop may face the disaster of destruction. Hu Chunqing, who is doing more and more business, is determined to establish his own processing plant and build a complete production chain. In the logistics industrial park of Cao County, Hu Chunqing found a factory building to integrate the departments scattered in different places.
Caoxian e-commerce logistics public service center will be officially opened at the end of 2020. In the future, the clothing of Cao county will be sent to the whole country faster from here. According to statistics, 350000 people in the county have started their own businesses through e-commerce, and more than 50000 of them have returned home to start their own businesses.

[half an hour observation] Caoxian: innovation is the key to the development of Hanfu

Compared with some coastal economically developed areas, Cao county has not much advantages in location and economic strength. However, relying on a keen sense of market sense and down-to-earth and hard-working, the people of Caoxian have made Hanfu a famous industry in China. The initial method of the rise of the Hanfu industry in Caoxian was very simple and crude. By imitating and copying, expanding the scale and lowering the price, the people of Caoxian got the first pot of gold in Hanfu with the help of the "three axes".
Now, all these are becoming the past. From the original family workshop to the whole industry chain of design, production and sales, the Hanfu industry in Caoxian is changing from the low price strategy in the past to the new version 2.0 driven by design innovation. And its experience is also a reflection of the transformation and upgrading of many industries in Rural Revitalization and embarking on the road of high-quality development.
