Huasheng Co., Ltd. (600156. SH) announced that Hunan Huasheng Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") disclosed on June 2, 2021 the suggestive announcement on the gratuitous transfer of controlling shareholders' equity (Announcement No.: p.2021-017), The state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of Hunan Provincial People's government, the actual controller of the company, transferred 100% equity of Hunan Huasheng Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huasheng Group") held by Hunan Xiangtou Holding Group Co., Ltd. to Hunan state owned Assets Management Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "state owned assets group").
After receiving the notice from the controlling shareholder Huasheng Group, the industrial and commercial registration procedures for the free transfer of Huasheng Group's equity will be completed on October 8, 2021. After the industrial and commercial change, the state-owned assets group holds 100% equity of Huasheng Group, the controlling shareholder of the company. The actual controller and controlling shareholder of the company have not changed.
