According to the announcement of the Tariff Commission of the State Council on the second extended list of exclusion of goods subject to additional tariff from the United States (notice of the State Council [2020] No. 10) and the announcement of the Tariff Commission of the State Council on the fourth extended list of goods subject to additional tariff imposed on the United States (notice of the State Council [2021] No. 5), The second and fourth extended exclusion lists for goods subject to additional tariff to the United States will expire on December 25, 2021. The Tariff Commission of the State Council shall, in accordance with the procedures, decide to extend the exclusion period for relevant commodities. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

From December 26, 2021 to December 31, 2021, no additional tariff will be imposed on the commodities listed in the announcement [2020] No. 10 and [2021] No. 5 of the Tax Commission. From January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022, we will continue to impose no additional duties on the goods listed in the annex, which were imposed by the anti US 301 measures.
