Liaoning Province Held 2023 Garment Plate Maker Professional Skills Competition

From December 2-5, the 2023 Liaoning Province Garment Plate Maker Professional Skills Competition was held in Dandong City.

The competition was hosted by the Liaoning Provincial Trade Union of Industry, Communications, Agriculture, Construction and Clothing, co organized by the Dandong Federation of Trade Unions and the Liaoning Textile and Clothing Association, and co organized by the Liaoning Fashion Designers Association, the Textile and Clothing College of Liaodong University, and the Dandong Textile and Clothing Association. Gao Yingquan, the second level inspector of Liaoning Provincial Federation of Trade Unions and chairman of Liaoning Provincial Trade Union of Industry, Communications and Agricultural Construction Services, delivered a speech on behalf of Liaoning Provincial Federation of Trade Unions.

In this competition, 34 players from the whole province participated in the final. After two days and 17 hours of fierce competition, through the competition of theoretical knowledge, garment CAD plate making, three-dimensional cutting and sample garment making, and through the open, fair and impartial judgment of the judges, Liu Shengtao of Dalian Yangerte Garment Co., Ltd. won the first prize in this competition. This competition also has ten top ten garment plate makers and ten excellent garment plate makers, As well as three individual awards of sample garment production, garment CAD plate making and three-dimensional cutting, a total of 20 contestants won.
