On January 25, the project obtained the engineering planning permit, construction permit and fire control approval opinions on the day of submitting the application, realizing "three certificates issued at the same time".

It is understood that the project covers an area of about 41 mu, with an investment of 500 million yuan. It is planned to build a comprehensive office building, a standardized factory building, a testing center building, a research and development workshop, etc. At present, the main body of Building 3 is under construction, and the plant is planned to be completed in June 2025 and put into production by the end of 2025.

At present, Xianyou County has set up an integrated promotion mechanism for the government, departments and enterprises through the thematic deployment of the pilot work of "five certificates issued at the same time", which clearly requires the full use of the 41 days from listing to delisting, delisting to delivery, so as to achieve "three arrows issued at the same time" for approval services, survey and design, and project clean land. According to statistics, since last year, there have been 12 new docking projects for the shoes and clothing industry in Xianyou County, with a total planned investment of 6.9 billion yuan.
