The Overall Technology Of Green And Efficient Stenter Has Reached The International Advanced Level

Entrusted by the China Textile Industry Federation, the China Textile Machinery Association organized and held the scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting of the China Textile Industry Federation's scientific and technological guiding project "Green and efficient stenting and setting machine" undertaken by Lixinmen Fuji Textile Machinery (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd. in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province on September 19, 2024.

The project developed a control system with real-time data acquisition, remote debugging and diagnosis, DC bus and other functions, and developed a constant tension control system to improve the accuracy of overfeed control; The automatic fabric winding robot based on machine vision has improved the intelligent level of products and production efficiency; The waste heat recovery system of large area reverse heat exchange for steam condensate of the shaping machine and the self-cleaning air-cooled electrostatic waste gas heat recovery and purification device are invented; High efficiency and energy-saving control system of fan is developed; An efficient and uniform rolling car with three layers of rubber structure is developed, which reduces the liquid carrying rate of fabric and has obvious effect of energy saving and consumption reduction. The developed high efficiency air duct with detachable end improves the cleanness of air duct; The double width and double function composite nozzle has been developed, which improves the air flow uniformity and product adaptability.

The appraisal committee listened to the research work and technical report, user use report, novelty search report, etc. of the project, reviewed the appraisal data, and conducted on-site retest. After inquiry and discussion, the appraisal committee believes that the project of "green and efficient stenter and fixer" has fulfilled the requirements of the task statement, and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level. It agrees to pass the appraisal, and it is suggested to further strengthen the promotion.
